“We had a fantastic Sunday with our feet in the sand, enjoying a great live band. The vibe was perfect, there was a wide selection of cocktails, ice-cold beer, and the food was reasonably priced. We absolutely loved the place!“

“La Ola Surfside Bell Tower Shops 3-29-25 Stopped by on around 11:15a on a Saturday. We were the first people in to sit at a table. This place was clean, neatly organized and gave us a beachy vibe with all the Reggae music playing throughout. Janet our waitress came over fast and took our drink orders. Once our drinks were delivered, she took our food orders. I ordered the Fish & Chips which came with Fried Fish, Fries & Coleslaw. My wife ordered the Lobster Roll which came with Lobster on a Toasted Bun with Lettice and for her side she got the Coleslaw. Our orders came out in reasonable time and all our food looked amazing. My Fish was light and not heavy on the breading just how I like it. I loved the fish and Tartar Sauce that came with it. The Fries were very good and even the Coleslaw was good as it had some Pineapple in it. My wife loved her Lobster Roll and Coleslaw. She is from Maine and stated it was one of the best Lobster Rolls she had in this area so far. All our food was hot and plenty of it. Janet kept on top of things checking on us a bunch of times. We will return here or stop by Ft. Myers Beach location as to try them all. Everyone needs to stop by and give this place a try you will not be sorry. “Stopped in quick with my wife just to get a drink and a few apps.
The restaurant is on the second level overlooking the water and boats.
First off, the service was phenomenal. The host was easy going, took us outside but that was a bit cold with the rain. No issue, moved us inside.
Our server was great. He was attentive but not pushy or overbearing.
We ordered the Octopus and Crab Cakes appetizers. Honestly, the octopus itself had no flavor. I've never had octopus before so not sure there, but the scampi sauce was very good.
The crab cakes were also very good and a good size too.

Overall, I would definitely go back.“

“Had an incredible birthday dinner with my husband last night at Coste. Troy the bartender treated me to a wonderful cosmopolitan before dinner. Daniel our waiter was very friendly and helped us pick out the best wine for our meal. I indulged in the bolognese and hubby had the redfish special ( caught fresh by the chef!). Great views and ambience for my birthday celebration.“

“🤓I am not much of a detective, (except when the crime is grammar, ha ha), yet I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciate the the hard work and professionalism of everyone at Ft MMMDT: five star dinner and five star experience. I note Amanda, a SemGulf All Star, and am most appreciative of her. She took several frantic phone calls from me because I couldn't even solve the mysteries of Waze and Maps circling Colonial Blvd, Winkler, Metro, Hanson, and Airport for one hour before arriving at the depot at 6:20pm. Despite our tardiness, Amanda shepherded us to our train car where John (aka Major Drake Payne) and Taylor (our principal server) calmly and efficiently repeated what they had already instructed passengers. The troop brought nourishment and entertainment as the train rocked.I apologize to the car's prompt passengers also--or perhaps, they realized that I was no competitive sleuth--heck, I couldn't find a massive train much less nab a felon. 🤓“

None of us were very tech savvy, so we had some difficulty with the app. Dylan could not have been more patient, and helped us get through the entire process. The food was delicious! “Nice place. Our waitress was very attentive, kept our ice tea full and remembered to keep plenty of Splena on the table. I ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad. I am a Cobb Salad fan and order one where ever I go. This one was huge and I mean a 12” plate piled on. All of the individual components were plentiful 5 grilled shrimp on top, tons of cherry tomatoes, a half a pig of bacon, bleu cheese, onions, and the rest were stacked high. Only thing that would have made it better would be chopped greens. I had to get a “kitty bag” for later. Desert was their Banana Bread Pudding with toasted bananas. Again huge could have shared it with 3. Wife ordered Crème Brûlée which she wouldn’t share. Only bump was wife’s entre, Dolphin fish came out topped with tomatoes which she is deathly allergic (not mentioned on the menu) but not to worry, they made her another lickety split. Two entrées, appetizer, ice tea, desert and nice tip came to just under $100 about average for a decent Cape Coral restaurant. Big smiles on this one.????“

“Went to this little gem twice in two days. After having the most delicious pumpkin ravioli and side salad. Other diners enjoyed soups, salads, mahi tacos, truffle fries and Mediterranean wrap. Everyone encountered here was friendly and helpful with guiding us with our orders. They have a decent beer and wine selection for a small place (if that’s a priority) to accompany your meal. We will definitely put this on our must visit list each trip to the Ft Myers area.“

“Nevermind made our Sunday! My daughters and I visited on April 6, 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the DJ's music was a hit with my kids, and the service was exceptional. Fawn, Hanna, and another incredibly kind staff member (who even brought my daughters cupcakes!) made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a fun afternoon. Housed in a beautifully remodeled turn-of-the-century home, the restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly compliments the dining experience. We ordered lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, scallops with risotto, Caprese salad, warm bread, cheesecake, and homemade Key lime pie. The lasagna was, as always, delicious and served in a generous portion. The spaghetti came with impressively large meatballs—definitely enough to share—and was packed with flavor. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the risotto was wonderfully creamy. The cheesecake however lacked flavor, but the homemade key lime pie was amazing! It was a fantastic meal in a charming setting—truly a wonderful evening!“

“Great customer service!! Friendly staff, drinks are made quick...it's also a Monday evening and there aren't many people at the pool. Food was fast and delicious! The chicken nachos were great and the cheese never ran out. The fish street tacos could've used some zip and there was no additional sauce to help out. Our server was Mark we came in around 6pm on Friday evening and the restaurant was half full. Mark was a super great guy but seems new to serving. The crowd was mostly 70-90 yrs old, a lot of people enjoying happy hour. The cocktails were ok. The rice balls were great and the red sauce(Marinara) was excellent.

The Chicken Marsala and Veal Marsala took a long time to come out of the kitchen. We both did not like it and we didn't complain about, it lacked flavor although portions were good. We would not order that food again. We loved the entertainer so much we will be back and try something else.“

“The food is amazing and you can tell everything is made with fresh, quality ingredients. We tried the Mermaid, Slawpy Hog, & Big Tex with the Mediterranean orzo salad and watermelon cucumber salad. “Another one of those little Gems. Found it this week. Needed a nice place for our 4th Anniversary Dinner:
Called and made a reservation[Recommended] and we arrived at 17:30.was greeted and served Bread. The bread alone was exceptional.
I ordered the Rack of Lamb, my wife had the Pork Chop.
I must say, outside my own Kitchen, this was “The Best” Lamb I have ever had! Succulent, Tender, and cooked perfectly. The Pork Chop was also very good, probably the Tenderest I’ve ever tasted.
The servers here are what you would expect at a Four Star Restaurant.

The chocolate lava cake went well with the vanilla ice cream!“

“It was my second time at Fathom. The restaurant has expanded since I was there last. The waitress was wonderful. The food was okay, nothing memorable. I recommend staying away from the chocolate mousse, it definitely is nothing like a classic style. Instead of rich fluffy chocolate it was caramel pudding!“
