megan, who is the manager and hailey, who is the front desk concierge, are the best in the business! i was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to make my stay enjoyable. they were absolutely outstanding! i stay at a lot of hotels, and these 2 are standouts! juan, the maintenance guy definitely gets an honorable mention! thanks juan. one of the main reasons i am giving the hotel a 5 star rating, is because of them. however, the property itself is very good too!...read full review
