“Decided to stop in on a Friday night during dinner rush hour HUNGRY! We didn’t want to wait for a table inside so we sat outside on the terrace; it was humid but the food and service was totally worth it. My margarita was excellent and our Salsas Enchiladas and Supreme Burrito were so fresh and full of flavor. We can’t wait to go back!!!“

“After disappointing switching from one Mexican dive to another in the area, we finally found an authentic family-owned Mexican restaurant that didn't cut corners to increase profit. Our biggest let-down was when we ordered Chile-rellenos at a competitor's and got a ' thin slice' of poblano covered with Velveta cheese. We've been with Rosy's since they opened and was so happy we found authenticity with quality that is not masked behind gaudy chain-restaurant decor. They are like family! Always wanting to please with a smile, they ask if you are satisfied and mean it. They have a large loyal following. Everyone who's eaten there say the same thing; they're the best. You won't be disappointed.“

“Super clean and very nice staff. The food was really good. The salsa was great it reminded me of a shrimp cocktail salsa without the shrimp not spicy but good flavor. The chimichanga was great and a big portion the rice with it was just plain white rice..it is what it is. The birria-dills (birria quesadillas) was so so good definitely recommend.“

“I recieved amazing service, amazing food, and a flavorful and well-stocked salsa bar. I got the tacos vegetarianos and jamaica. I was only planning on eating 2, but wound up getting 4 and taking some esquite and the vegetarian bowl to go. You don't find this high quality food often, much less so inexpensive and at a nice clean establishment.“

“There was only 1 young lady working the entire front end, and she was doing her best to keep up.
Atmosphere is pleasant & booth seating was nice.
Prices reasonable and food was fresh.
We ordered Street tacos (expecting Mexican) but got American, we didn’t send back as they were short staffed and didn’t want to wait.
Locos tacos were delicious.
Margaritas were yummy.“

“First time there a week ago food and service was perfect! I brought another friend 5 days later but this time the food was barely lukewarm. Service was good but my friend did not want to complain that her chimichanga was cold. Sometimes you just don’t feel like it. I didn’t care for my dish which I wouldn’t order again which was quesadilla with chicken and pineapple. I couldn’t taste the pineapple. I’ll go back but order something different.“

“So I’m a huge foodie.. this spot is my GO-TO spot for street tacos. I get the same thing every time: 3 care asada tacos (sometimes I’ll get their chorizo—YUM) with onion and cilantro. It comes with a salsa verde sauce and a hot sauce as well. First off, their corn tortillas are homemade (!!!!!!!!!) Secondly, the meat is always seasoned nicely. Third, if I could eat here everyday I would. There’s a slight language barrier, but that’s better in my opinion because I know that it’s authentic as it could get. I love this damn food truck. 10/10“

“I haven't been to this place for years. The other day we decided to give it a try and see how it was. The service was good, the wait time for our food was pretty long but the waiter brought extra chips and salsa so it wasn't too bad. The food and the drinks were very good. We are definitely going back.“
