Wendy's in Gainesville

“This establishment has hands down the best customer service of any fast food place i have ever been too! They immediately acknowledged me when I walked in the door and took my order with a positive friendly attitude as soon as it was my turn ! The treatment here was a huge difference from the Burger King right next store where I stood for almost 20 mins waiting to even be noticed, the woman behind the counter while aware of my presence completely ignored me! It wasn't until I went to walk out that another worker announced that "customers are walking out" that she turned around and looked! By then it was too late my buisness was going to Wendy's and let me just say it was well deserved and very much appreciated 👏 they have excellent service and they all work together as a team! This location has customer service figured out! Way to go to them for perfect service and hot food and accurate orders!!!“

“Wendy’s on Main Street rocks! Always great service. Always efficient and polite. Love the food. The whole experience is awesome. And the manager Nick is always happy to fix anything that goes wrong with a smile on his face. It’s a great visit.

“my friend and i decided to stop and get something to eat and when we walked into the store a male manager or coworker i have no idea who he was in the workplace was hovering over another worker at the front counter who was a female and he was getting in her face making inappropriate and threatening comments even with her telling him multiple times respectfully that she had customers and that she basically wanted to be left alone and to not be continuously harassed. it made me sick to my stomach that he thought that was even okay to do and that it was in front of everyone. i felt horrible for her because she said that type of incident wasn’t the first time.“

“I am a VERY regular customer of Wendy's at Shands at UF. I work for Shands at the North Tower location. I seldom eat at the Shands Cafeteria because I do not like what they servE or do not even know what it is.

That is why I eat at this Wendy's location at least 4 times a week. When I order, the order takers are very pleasant and know me by name. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I have been going there for years. They recently had a General Manager change, maybe a a few months ago. The new Manager, "Jay" is outstanding, friendly, kind, and very efficient. He and his crew are always on top of customer care, serving accurate and outstanding food. They are always positive and have an exciting, helpful, and very approachable attitude. Way to GO Jay!!

“Frosty still like old days. I got a frosty in Richmond Hill Ga a few months ago and decided I would never order another one. Thanks guys for keeping the old style chocolate frosty the same. I came through drive thru and didn't wait long. The cashier at window was friendly and talked presently while I waited for my food“

“Stopped for a quick lunch with my daughter. The French fries where hot!!! I love that. My daughter says Wendy's has the best hamburger for fast food. I would say it is pretty good. Service was fast and friendly. This Wendy's is easy to get in andnout of.“
