“I went back to this location just because I remember the GM Nathaniel (Nate) being so amazing last time. Over 6 months ago. HE IS STILL THERE BEING GREAT!! “Had a massive issue with doordash (driver stole my food) and a headache trying to get doordash to issue a refund. Laith from the restaurant was great throughout the process. Even though it wasn't their fault, Laith said he wanted to make it right and offered a free pizza. He even personally delivered it to make sure it made it here this time. That kind of customer service alone deserves 5 stars, and the pizza was also amazing. Great customer service, great food. Will definitely be ordering from here again the next time I'm in Tampa.“

There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

I've been going to this Wingstop location maybe once or twice a week since it's opened, me and my guy Tyrohn are on a first name basis at this point.
Everytime I come in to the establishment I am given elite customer service, and immaculate wings.
Tyrohn sees to it that I have everything I need (Sauces, etc.) and then always tells me to have a good rest of my day, like clockwork. If someone knows what superb customer service is, it's my dude Tyrohn. The fact that I always receive elite customer service and also that the wings are excellent is why I keep coming back to this location.“

“Sunset Rodeo in the South Howard district of Tampa, Florida had such a fun and vibrant vibe! We went for line dancing but ended up at a Patriots party and had the best conversation with Matt and the hostess and the line dancing teacher. We were so glad to find such a fun place and meet wonderful people. What a fun place to hang out with friends. Matt is the best! Highly recommend Sunset Rodeo for a good time“
