“Awesome food, Awesome atmosphere!“

“At the hardees in Groveland Fl recently, the burger pattie didn't seem freshly cooked and just a little ketchup with no lettuce or tomatoes. The fries were cool. I had the worst burger I've had in a long time. Servers were nice and due my friend not feeling well - at my request to lower the music which was playing, they turned it off while my friend & I were there. Perhaps the burger experience was not their usual. If I go there in the future and receive another burger like I had, I will request a fresh cooked one.“

I want to express my gratitude to the McDonald’s employees who were there serving food so quickly after Hurricane Milton - 10/10/24. It might seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. I know it couldn’t have been easy to leave their homes and families to return to work, especially under such challenging circumstances. Not expecting the hurricane to impact central Florida as much as it did, I didn’t plan as well as I should have. I was so thankful that this location was open when so many others were closed. Thank you for being there when the community needed you most!“

“The manager was speaking in Spanish the whole time to everyone acted like it bothered her that I didn't . All you heard was loud reggaeton music while eating workers we're in the back dancing and having a good time. Meanwhile, the line was going around the building.“

“We stopped by for lunch today for the first time. We had 5 people in our party and we were all very pleased with our meals and the staff. I don’t remember our waitress’s name but she mentioned that it was only her 2nd day. She was great!!! She was very pleasant and checked on us often. We will definitely be back“

“We come to this Portillo’s very couple months and drive over a hour just to eat here after loving it when we moved up to the chicago area and were so excited to see one come to Springfield IL after we moved back home. it’s always such a great experience for the kids but today we were very disappointed the food was not very good at all and the place was so dirty, nothing was filled, straws or ketchup and every table in the place was dirty, there were a lot of workers but no one cleaning up. I had to ask a worker for something to clean one of the tables with just so we had a clean table to eat at. what looked to be a manager was at a table on the phone.“

“I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in years -- I had the PLEASURE of eating at the Clermont location and all I can say is WOW -- Excellent service and delicious and HOT burger and HOT fries!!! I had Ron help me on my first visit and the gentleman in the evening was just as helpful -- Way to run a business!!!“
