Now that I live in Hillsborough, I couldn’t be happier that this Kelly’s roast beef is at this location close to the beach. The food was absolutely delicious. Taste just like home and the original and the staff was friendly restaurant was clean. I will be back again and again I recommend you all come here and enjoy true New England style roast beef and seafood.“

“very disappointed in my Five Guys burger from Clearwater mall today. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “We love Hardee's, the burgers are delicious chicken nuggets crispy sort of and french fries are hot or miss either great or not so great. Prices are a bit up there but then again what isn't expensive anymore. Great combo choices. Atmosphere is ok it could be a bit cleaner (tables and soda machine stickey, looks unkept) but maybe we came in after a big rush I don't know.

Try not to be one of those individuals who don't eat meat and go to a BURGER joint looking for an all veggie meal.“

The burgers were cooked well and had great flavor, the fries were hot and crispy, and the cheese curds were a big hit with everyone at the table. Everything tasted fresh and made to order.
They did accidentally miss a small fry in our order, but the staff handled it right away without any hassle. Mistakes happen anywhere, but how a place fixes them says a lot, and their service really stood out. The staff was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, especially with a busy family group.

Not busy (surprising as good as the food is!), greeted by Hannah, smiled, enthusiastic, let me know timeline since the food was made fresh, and then the crew got to work on my order. She made sure all items were in the bag, added extra sauces as asked, and utensils. Hannah is a great asset to your team!“

“Yes, we eat here often but I was disappointed by the dessert candy being so chopped up in my custard tonight that I cannot see it, bite a chunk of it or really taste it. It certainly was not scrumptious looking like the photo. Bummer. We will be back, no worries. But please don’t make dust of the toppings.“

“Firehouse subs - 4th Street Pavillion - St Pete
When I arrived to give them my written order (I don’t like making online orders at any establishment), they were extremely helpful and seemed like they understood the order. I explained that I would pick-up the order between 5/5:15. When I arrived they were working like a team and heating the subs.
The subs were fresh and warm and the orders were 100% correct. That is the location I use. A few months ago we were meeting friends there and my diabetic husband started ‘crashing’ from low blood sugar. We walked in sat him down quickly explained the situation to the cashier and asked if I could take a brownie to him and then order. They agreed and asked what else he needed, and checked on him, they quickly prepared his order and his sugar went back to normal.

The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife loves it - I wasn’t one for “fast food” but I listened to her and gave this a chance and now it’s one of my favorites. They have a pork cutlet sandwich that is outstanding. Nobody has this and it’s great.“

I simply let them know that. Justin called me and told me to come in at my convenience and he was going to make it right. “Left the drive through about 10 minutes ago. Food was hot and fresh, service was fast and friendly. Lady at the drive thru was super polite and friendly. Even asked if I wanted any sauce which I always forget. I wish all fast food restaurants were like this one.“

“Tried the baked ziti and Caesar salad combo a couple weeks ago. The salad was drenched in Caesar dressing, but the flavor was good. Just way too much dressing. The baked ziti was served to me from behind the window but not heated. So it was cold and it had a very vinegary flavor which I didn’t like (maybe they add Italian dressing?). I also didn’t see any ricotta in the baked ziti. It was just ziti noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Wouldn’t get again. But they are new so I’ll give them another chance eventually. They were friendly so the service was good!“
