“I work all night overnight in Gulfport and have done so for over a year now. McCall's and Son Restaurant is the thing I look forward to every morning. The fellas are professional and serves good, quality food at affordable prices. The bacon is crisp, the pork chops are to die for, and the potato blend is delicious. A me tee of mine tried the catfish and he was done eating them before we even left out the door! ? The grits and eggs aren't salted much, or at all, which in my opinion is great for our community because too many of us are gone too soon from high blood pressure and hyper tension. The have do it yourself coffee as well as homemade fruit punch, Lemonade, and bottled orange juices. Looking forward to many more mornings with McCall's and Son!

“We passed by Sam’s and had to turn around because we were so enticed! We ordered the original gyro with fries, a philly cheese steak with hummus, and some chocolate cake.

The hummus was absolutely amazing. It was super flavorful and unlike anything we have ever had before. The gyro had a lot of flavor to it as well as the chocolate cake.

It was a nice atmosphere and we felt very comfortable. The food came out fast and the staff was friendly.

We will definitely be coming back!“

“I've been driving past this place for a while now. My buddy said, "Why don't we stop in." It's one of the top Philly stakes around.. so, for a quick bit turned me now, wanting this once a week. Y'all, I recently got back from Philadelphia and tried my first cheesesteak. I can honestly tell you this is top-notch you must try.

Parking: Parking is accessible, and if you get lucky, you might get the front row.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will most definitely have a little fun in there checking out all the photos and whatnot.

“Stopped in when I saw they had Hot Dogs on the menu! Quick and super friendly drive thru service. I was surprised to see they had so many offerings (hamburger, chicken fingers, Buffalo chicken wrap, onion rings, salads, sandwiches). Highly recommend giving them a shot!“

I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. “Tonight’s dinner was thanks to DQ. The joy on my husband’s face when he opened the box and found the “perfect” hot dog. The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. “Just ate here for the first time. Even though I unknowingly walked in 6 minutes from closing time, the staff was kind and fast. Person who took my order was polite and knowledgeable and the food was great. The bowl was fresh and the sweet potato fries were crisp but still soft. Definitely recommend.“

“First timer here! Was welcomed and given a complimentary biscuit and breast meat to try. It is so moist and the honey biscuit was to die for. I will definitely be back. Worth the drive.“

“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. “I want to give a shoutout to the night crew on 02/18/2025- the person accepting orders had an amazing attitude and was very kind, the whole crew handled the last minute late night rush amazingly! I received fresh hot food and was even able to still get a milkshake with it being so late. Being on the beach with limited last minute late night options is tough at times and tonight I wasn’t made to feel like a burden so I thank this store for that!“

Also I should of wrote this when it happened, but I just remembered a couple of really touching stories from here and wanted to acknowledge even though it's very late. When my daughter was a new born, I went there to pick up some food and the staff paid for my food which was so sweet. Also around the same time give or take a year I went through the drive thru and the menu had recently changed and I accidentally ordered my roast beef without the cheese. After I realized I turned around and went back to order the right sandwich. When I pulled up the guy said weren't you just here? And I explained what happened and he gave me the correct sandwich for free.“

“Way to go guys! Felt really welcomed the moment I stepped inside by Jacob, the Manager. Really cool guy - I hadn't been here before and he gave me a great rundown on the burgers and point of difference.

I got a combo with a triple burger (not on the menu per se, but ya just upgrade a double burger). Tasted great, fresh and love that buttery bun. The fries are crinkle cut too, so nice and crisp and really good.

An honorable mention to Robert and Mike too, great guys. Jacob even checked in on me when I was half way through my burger to see how I liked it. Yeap, like the Terminator, I'll be back.

“We LOVE the staff here tonight (we came back twice in one week). They were patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with our order and had a friendly conversation during the whole process. They even made my toddler a special pizza, after she was begging for fries. They were so friendly and was able to make her happy with her special pizza. She even ate it ALL!!! They then surprised her with a fire hat and she had the biggest smile on her face. The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife loves it - I wasn’t one for “fast food” but I listened to her and gave this a chance and now it’s one of my favorites. They have a pork cutlet sandwich that is outstanding. Nobody has this and it’s great.“

“Tried the baked ziti and Caesar salad combo a couple weeks ago. The salad was drenched in Caesar dressing, but the flavor was good. Just way too much dressing. The baked ziti was served to me from behind the window but not heated. So it was cold and it had a very vinegary flavor which I didn’t like (maybe they add Italian dressing?). I also didn’t see any ricotta in the baked ziti. It was just ziti noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Wouldn’t get again. But they are new so I’ll give them another chance eventually. They were friendly so the service was good!“
