“We had a reservation for 5:30. We had to wait 15 minutes fir a table. (Why take reservations?) We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list, the server did not recognize it. The bartender, trying to be a sommelier, came to our table to tell us they didn't have that bottle. I picked another. when she served, rather than pouring an ounce or two for tasting, filled both glasses. I'm glad we liked the wine. The entrees were both very good. My wife and I made it an enjoyable meal. The staff needs better training.“

“The food options are above average for a tap house. I was very impressed. The location is downtown, and the tap room offers various seating options. This is a self-serve tap room allowing you to pour a sample or a full glass, the choice is yours. The food options are prepared on sight and come out piping hot each time. The staff is professional and knowledgeable.“

“Our server, Jason, was a perfect mashup of humor, candor, and kindness. He was attentive during the meal and filled with insight on the menu and restaurant. He was the most nontraditional server I’ve ever had and I mean that as a compliment. He added value to the meal and left with a full belly and numerous belly laughs. The food was solid too. The chicken and brisket were a little dry, but flavorful. They were excellent with my gluten allergy and took it serious since the moment I sat down. They even had a separate menu.“

“Great lounge to have a bite and a drink. Honestly, I only have been here on the weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights, it's always a great time. You typically find a puerto rican crowd with a blend of island music played by the DJ that is from a popular radio station. They have a good dance floor, a pool table and they host pay per view fights and sports on their dollar not charging a dime. This is a very underrated place. Prices are great as well and the food is actually very good, love the alcapurrias. Hoy se bebeee.“

“This place was great. Speaking as a foodie with young kids, the food exceeded expectations. We were able to enjoy two reasonably priced cocktails and three courses of food while our kids played in the nearby castle, sat through a live show, and jumped on beanbags at the Lego theater. “Food was good, but the bartender that we had was rude, short, and never once offered to refill my drink. My wife got several refills and when I asked the bartender said so I forgot. Hard to leave a great review. My first and probably last time due to the rude and disrespectful bartender.“

“My husband and I had dinner here last night for a friend’s final day at work. We live in Lakeland so this was our first time at this location. We had Braxton as our server and he was an absolute rockstar. Fast, prompt, and charming! He did a great job, and our table was very well taken care of. Honestly, we had such a great time, we may just start coming up to winter haven just to go to Chilis! Thanks for a great evening! Oh, and the lemon drop marg is a revelation. 🙌🏼💖“

“If you're visiting or passing thru Haines City, I strongly recommend visiting The Cigar Quarters. The vibe and people are AMAZING! I am from Canada and loved every minute I spent there, thanks to my friend who found this place the year prior. The atmosphere created by staff and ownership when you walked thru the door was like you were family! I look forward to visiting again, hopefully in the very near future, when the new establishment is rockin'.“
