“I went to Popeyes in Haines City FL and was having a problem with ordering on my phone. A very nice well mannered young man named David helped me with my order and was most courteous, and patient with me. He is a valuable employee to be commended for his excellence in service. “This KFC has the best employees EVER!! I had planned an online order and had a problem getting to the KFC in Haines City. I was going to be at least an hour late!! I called, and they told me no worries, just call when you get closer and they would start the order!! What!!! Now, that is customer service!! So I called and told them I was closer!! A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the original lady I had talked with. She asked if I had called!! I told her I had and told her where I was on the highway. She told me she would start the order!! WOW!! When I arrived, they were just waiting on the FAMOUS KFC biscuits!! They apologized! WAIT...I am the one late!! “Ms. Suzie handles this store with so much care and grace. It is obvious she is passionate about what she does and puts love into everything she does even a simple dinner. She took care of me and my family and chatted with the kids so nicely. She offered them a special treat which made their whole day. She even helped mom with making sure the kids were good before leaving the store since her hands were full. Chick fil a has always been my favorite but the staff at this store has secured my business for life.“
