“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! “I have been a fan of Chicken Kitchen since 2005 (Weston store), and to be honest I was extremely happy that one was opening near me, the Davie store is awesome. The staff is great, always smiling, management is doing a great job, place is always clean no matter what time of the day I go in, the food is always great, the chicken gets cooked and cut in front of you which is great and all of their sides are tasty. My girls love it!! I highly recommend it. They even do catering which I will take advantage of on my next party. Thank you Jorge, Cindy and Victor for always making my bowls with a smile. “I've been to other Pollo tropical locations many times, and this time it was much better. The chicken was really tasty, I guess they actually marinated it for a day. Also service was way better, friendlier staff. Even the manager (I assume) was going table by table asking how everything was, which is unheard of for this type of restaurant. I like pollo tropical in general, but this was by far my best experience with them. The place was also clean and organized.“
