It was an unforgettable experience, and every detail added to the joy of our evening. To start, we had the baked clams and shrimp oreganata—absolutely fantastic. Both appetizers were cooked to perfection, flavorful, and seasoned just right. Then came the main courses: I chose the lamb chops, which were excellent, and my cousin ordered a steak with a sauce that she still can’t stop raving about. And let me tell you, the twice-baked potato was pure heaven—a perfect blend of textures and flavors that made it an indulgent treat. Carlos, our waiter, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and super helpful with recommendations. The host, either Joe or Michael, was also the best, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. If you’re looking for a place with delicious Italian-American fare and an inviting, classic ambiance, Anthony's Runway 84 is a must-visit in Fort Lauderdale. We can’t wait to return!“

I feel if you order earlier in the day the Mac and cheese would be creamier but I ordered the fried catfish it’s crispy and well seasoned and the yams were on point and the collards was just right. Honestly would order from them again but might opt out for the Mac and cheese for something else because I like my Mac like creamy and cheese but other than that I can’t complain for ordering from a ‘ghost kitchen’ and the sweet potato pie was a chefs kiss would definitely recommend trying this place I was sketched out from the address and map view but I door dashed and everything was great“

“Average breakfast . I had grits, fried eggs and sausage with biscuits. The tea was good and southern sweeet. The young waiter, Blow, was extremely nice and calm. He wasn’t your typical waiter, but his style worked for a small soul food restaurant. The other male waiter/bus boy moved at super human speed. The place was very clean and definitely is a favorite of the locals. It was my first time visiting. I will definitely try it if I am ever back there.“

“The fried turkey wings with lemon pepper seasoning was amazing. The yams were delicious, but the greens were just okay. The waitress made really great recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their food, although they ordered straight off the menu, chicken, steak, and shrimp. I asked the waitress for advice. They all ordered the mystery mix drink while I ordered the waitress choice and mine tasted better. Overall, it was a great dining experience. You won't be disappointed.

“Every time that I go, it’s what I expect. That is some good food for a good price. No one ever said this was the place of spectacular southern hospitality, just that they provide food. I mind my business, get what I need, fill my belly, and have a good day. I have never been met with a nasty attitude because I don’t go there looking for people to be overly cheerful and friendly. I respect them, they respect me, I get my food, and I’m out. Imma keep going there for breakfast because I like it and because they’re black.“

This is a hidden gem. The quality and quantity of the food was really good. They give big portions and meat for days. If you hungry and want Kay's to satisfy your appetite please pull up you would not be disappointed.

“Pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend visiting Derry's Family Restaurant.

We went for breakfast and the food was so delicious. There were so many dishes we wanted to try. I selected the Big 2 which consisted of eggs, bacon and sausage. The Big 2 comes with pancakes too ?. She had Priscilla's Favorite-2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and a very generous portion of biscuits on gravy.... Hot damn!??

“Went to LauderAle Brewery this afternoon to p/u a BBQ dinner take-out. Chose ribs and I must say in all my many years of BBQ consumption these ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely fabulous!! Fall off the bone yet meat was firm and flavorful! Definitely a 10!“

“The food is delicious. Even though I had a hiccup with the service the food here is very good. I ordered two smothered pork chops and they were so good with the grits I'm definitely ordering from here again. The wings are really nice and meaty, I have to try out what your other sauces are like. Overall the price value from here I believe is pretty Amazing as well for the quality and amount of the food.

Thank you for correcting the eggs on the order. Just please pay attention to your online orders cause I hate having to wait the half hour when I get there and they didn't see my order.

“This is the worst place on the planet, where you have to beg for a glass of water and the bar attender gives you the worst attitude and refuse to give you water. A freaking water!!! She ignores everything you ask, she doesn’t even bother to look at you!!! How?? Why??? Never in my life I have experienced something like this!
