“In town for a business event and happened to find this gem of a restaurant. I was lucky to be seated quickly because 85% of the tables were reserved. The staff was the most friendly and eager to please. Alexa in particular was dealing with some rather demanding customers, and she did it with a smile and grace. The six formaggi pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had- the crust was stuffed with ricotta and I was in heaven. The Gorgonzola was a very forward flavor, so if bleu cheeses aren’t your favorite I’d make the pizza a five formaggi instead. The chocolate mousse was also light and delicate. I will go out of my way to return on future trips to the area.“

“My wife and I were in town staying at a local hotel. I asked the check in rep if there were any good pizza places close by. He gave me a flyer to this place. We looked it over and thought "what the hell". We called and gave them our order: 1 Medium Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, ham & hot peppers 1 Antipasto salad 1 order of Meatballs The food arrived to the hotel pretty quickly. It was all hot (except the salad) and fresh. We couldn't wait to dig in. The pizza looked so good I didn't want to eat it Everything was very good. I would order from them again if I was in the area. ***They only get 4 stars though. I would have given them 5 stars but they did not have any silverware for my wife to enjoy her salad and meatballs. When delivering to hotels, they need to be aware to have silverware available to their customers“

“My husband and I are New Yorkers and arrived in Orlando in March of this year, we thought that never again we would find a good Italian restaurant with real NY food and exceptional pizza and calzones. We’ve had our share of flops and bad food experiences in Italian eateries that were supposed to be good….I won’t mention any names.

WELL THIS PIZZA WAS AMAZING
I had the regular and my husband had the Sicilian!!! SO GOOD.
But this place is also a restaurant
They have table service and real dishes. No paper nonsense
The sodas come in large glasses with tons of ice! So refreshing in the hot Orlando weather!!
The servers are lovely so clean such a nice atmosphere and you can’t beat the prices. My husband brought home a delicious ginormous calzone and a cannoli that is to die for delicious . Now this is not just a pizzeria, it’s a full fledged italian restaurant with an extensive and delicious menu of pastas and other dishes.
WE WENT THERE TODAY AND WE WILL BE BACK!!
We highly recommend this delicious establishment. My husband is a retired corporate chef for IBM and he knows good food when he sees it.

“We ordered from Stoner's Pizza Joint for a relaxed night at home and went with a loaded pizza, wings, and some cheesy bread. The pizza had a good amount of toppings without feeling overloaded, and the crust had a nice chew with crispy edges. The wings held up well with the sauce, and the cheesy bread disappeared pretty quickly. Everything arrived hot, which made the whole order feel fresh rather than like typical delivery food.“

“Marco’s never fails to please any member of our family, even our little picky eater. We often order when we have out of town guests and they love the pizza as well. “I just recently moved to the area and I had a craving for pizza. I started looking up some of the restaurants around me and came across Nonna Maria’s which had really good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. When calling in to place my order, the girl was so sweet and helpful on the phone and the owner actually came over to the counter and introduced himself which I thought was very nice. When I got home, I immediately tried the pizza and I literally felt like I was having pizza in New York. It was absolutely delicious. I guess I found my new Italian restaurant in my area and I can’t wait for my husband to get home so we can actually go out for a nice dinner.“

“I’ve been ordering from Slam before they were they even Slam, and they’re one of the best restaurants in Sanford. I had a snafu with Uber today where they delivered the wrong order and Mike called me to let me know they left my order at the store, and when I came to pick it up he remade it fresh for me and wouldn’t let me pay. Super super sweet, and a great experience on what was otherwise a not so great day for other reasons.“

And they told me they’d be eating steak and lobster without my business. How’s that for a good business manager? They want to put themselves out of business“
