“This was right across the street from our hotel and we thought about trying it a few times. Our Uber driver told us it was great so went the next morning for an early lunch. Our host/server was welcoming and gave us some great advice on the menu. The entire staff was friendly. It’s a small restaurant with a dozen bar stools or so and similar number of tables. Luckily we were there early and it was a holiday so no problem with seating. It was impeccably clean. We shared a few small plates including scallion pancakes, spring rolls and chicken dumplings. The mandarine orange sauce with the spring rolls was yummy. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. The flavors were amazing. It was the best tasting food we had during our weekend in Miami.“

“KAM WOW is exactly that.."wow". We had not been back since it was called KAM WAH. Same family, revamped interior gives it an extra edge. They have a great happy hour menu on Thursdays. We had the tuna tartare taco, veggie roll, spring rolls, miso soup, jasmine tea-- delish. So delish we forgot to take pictures! The only dish we did capture a picture of was the fried Oreo with ice cream... it was perfect. The service was great. Will definitely be returning soon.“

The service was good, they changed couple of the recipes, they were very nice to mention if we don't like the food or the new recipe we can always let them know or make comments for their improvements. The pork fried rice was very good with abundant chunks of meat. Bigger and better than I had seen in a long time in NYC. I made it a point to let the lady know at the counter that I was pleased to find this place, especially since I'm from NYC. The beef with broccoli was very good as well.“

“This is my go-to Chinese food place. Best flavor and quality, although the place seems a bit beat down and small. They make up for it with their food. As long as they have their authentic chinese cooks, I will continue to come back for more. I've had to abandon many other restaurants because they chose to replace their cooks with some other nationality, but I'm sorry. If the the cooks ain't Chinese, then it's counterfeit food. Absolutely no one can replicate perfectly their cooking . I am passionate about some of their dishes. If I want Cuban food, Puerto Rican, Brazilian, or Italian food, I know exactly where to go. I highly recommend this place although they only offer take out . I was quite disappointed when they stopped delivering. I also can't find this place in Grub hub, Uber eats, or any other delivery service, and I strongly recommend that they modernize and climb abord to expand their buisness. “I've been going to this location for many, many years. The last several times we've gone for pick up, it has been kinda disastrous one way or another. From extremely long wait times past promised time in the app to sad looking meals that tasted like the gas grill, I was a bit hesitant to order tonight but my daughter really wanted quick curry. So we gave it another go and were pleasantly surprised to see a return to Pei Wei of old (of sorts). We got the Thai coconut curry chicken with a side of extra sauce which really helps, but kinda stinks you have to pay extra for, and it was tasty. The pad Thai with crispy tofu and veggies was a nice change from chicken and I can imagine the tofu being quite good fresh (not take out). Last we got the newly returned hot and sour soup, it was ok but not great and not how I remember it being before. Unfortunately for them though it seems as though business is on the decline as there was literally not one person in the restaurant on a Friday night. Hope to see this location make a turn around.“

The gentleman with the glasses who's name I didn't catch is so kind, respectful, and efficient. It was raining when I went to pick up my order and he asked me to wait in my car. He grabbed an umbrella to bring the food to me. He even had another customer who was done with a pickup but waiting for the rain to die down before leaving. He offered that same umbrella to the guy.
