“I love the food and the service, as I have been here several times. The only reason I'm giving four out of five stars this time around, is because we were practically rushed out of the restaurant. We had a reservation at 10:30, and the kitchen closed at 10:45, which we were not made aware of before being seated. That was no issue, but we were only sitting down for less than 45 minutes before they practically ushered us out of the restaurant and turned on the fire alarm. My only suggestion is if they would have wish to close early, maybe don't see people less than an hour before closing.“

“This was right across the street from our hotel and we thought about trying it a few times. Our Uber driver told us it was great so went the next morning for an early lunch. Our host/server was welcoming and gave us some great advice on the menu. The entire staff was friendly. It’s a small restaurant with a dozen bar stools or so and similar number of tables. Luckily we were there early and it was a holiday so no problem with seating. It was impeccably clean. We shared a few small plates including scallion pancakes, spring rolls and chicken dumplings. The mandarine orange sauce with the spring rolls was yummy. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. The flavors were amazing. It was the best tasting food we had during our weekend in Miami.“

We were looking for a new place to eat since we'd last come to Miami a while back, and it was recommended to us.Everything was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. The ambiance is the first thing you notice. It's beautifully decorated. Unlike anything I've seen before. The staff are extremely nice, and our server went above and beyond, giving explanations and recommendations on certain menu items. They were also very friendly and helpful with our baby, getting us a high chair, supplying extra napkins and so on.The food was different, but not bad. Definitely unlike anything I've had before, and what I'm guessing is a lot more authentic that American Chinese food. While I wasn't blown away by the food itself, everything from the ambiance to the amazing service made it much better. I ordered the Hunan Chicken lunch combination with Hot and Sour Soup and Chicken Fried Rice (replacing the Pork Fried Rice). I also ordered the Steamed Dumplings and an Egg Roll. EVERYTHING was so delicious!! And the servings were very generous.I started with the yummy Hot and Sour Soup and the crispy and tasty Egg Roll. The Steamed Dumplings and the dipping sauce were so scrumptious that I ate them all and then didn't have enough room for the rest of the food. The chicken and broccoli was the best I've had in a really long time, and this is coming from someone who not only is from metro NYC, but also someone who lived in China for more than a year. While they only have one small diner table and two benches, you can definitely eat there if the table is free. From extremely long wait times past promised time in the app to sad looking meals that tasted like the gas grill, I was a bit hesitant to order tonight but my daughter really wanted quick curry. So we gave it another go and were pleasantly surprised to see a return to Pei Wei of old (of sorts). We got the Thai coconut curry chicken with a side of extra sauce which really helps, but kinda stinks you have to pay extra for, and it was tasty. The pad Thai with crispy tofu and veggies was a nice change from chicken and I can imagine the tofu being quite good fresh (not take out). Last we got the newly returned hot and sour soup, it was ok but not great and not how I remember it being before. Unfortunately for them though it seems as though business is on the decline as there was literally not one person in the restaurant on a Friday night. Hope to see this location make a turn around.“

I've had to abandon many other restaurants because they chose to replace their cooks with some other nationality, but I'm sorry. If the the cooks ain't Chinese, then it's counterfeit food. Absolutely no one can replicate perfectly their cooking . I am passionate about some of their dishes. If I want Cuban food, Puerto Rican, Brazilian, or Italian food, I know exactly where to go. I highly recommend this place although they only offer take out . I was quite disappointed when they stopped delivering. I also can't find this place in Grub hub, Uber eats, or any other delivery service, and I strongly recommend that they modernize and climb abord to expand their buisness. Little did I know the best Chinese food was right up the street from my house. The food reminds me of the Chinese food back home in North Carolina. The general tso was amazing but after tasting the wings I now only order the wings. Literally the best wings I've ever had in my life. They are so crispy and the flavor is perfect. They give you good portion sizes too. I was eating wings and rice for 3 days! The lunch special is amazing as well as their dinner portions. Customer service 10/10 the lady who I believe is the owner is so sweet. She even told me to never order online as they add a service charge.
