“The restaurant was in a nice area in Hialeah gardens or unincorporated Hialeah, not sure what this area qualifies as. Anyway, it was nice. We were immediately greeted by the hostess. She was kind and asked where we preferred to be seated because we had a stroller. The table we had ready for us (we got in line online) didn't work because of the stroller. So she quickly helped us get one that worked for us. We chose to be seated outside. Nice outside area that isn't in direct sun light. The table we were initially sat at was so wobbly that I don't see how anyone could eat there. We had to move to a different one. However, the three outside tables in the size we needed were full of dirty plates. We had to ask the server to please clear a table so we could switch. She called over the busser and he cleared the plates on the one table we were moving to and then they left all the other tables around us dirty. A dirty napkin was even left on top of the sugar and I had to move it to another table. Gross...

Another party came to eat outside and they too had to switch tables. They had to sit at one of the tables with dirty plates. The servers just moved the plates to the side to accommodate them. The dirty plates remained the entire hour that we were there dining. I'm not sure why no one cleared them. It wouldn't have been much more effortful to take it in and clear the table. In other restaurants all employees do this, not just the busser.

“This is the best Hooters location in South Florida, hands down. The food is always perfect. The service is quick and easy and always right. And the girls are super duper friendly and beautiful. Even the managers are friendly and make sure to say hello. I am sorry about what I am about to do. I am going to mention some of the super friendly girls by name. It's a long list. They are: Tahimy, Jocelyn, Jazmyne, Angelini, Widna, Camila, Skye, Stephanie, Shirley, Malenys, Cristal, Michele, and Ari. There are others, I just can't remember all their names. Everyone here is great. I live over 600 miles away, and I can't wait to come back.“

“I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT, BEST FOOD EVER.“

“I’ve dined here a few times and always order the French onions soup, chicken breast with lemon, baked potato (loaded), and sweet potatoes- everything is delicious! My boys usually get the mac and cheese, ribeye steak, or sirloin (medium rare), with sizes like mashed potatoes and French fries. This is our favorite steakhouse- excellent service, great atmosphere, and amazing food.“

“First of all, I would like to thank Angel David for going above and beyond with his service. I had placed an order through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it arrived missing the meats. As soon as I called the restaurant, Angel immediately offered to personally bring the missing items to my house something I truly didn’t expect and greatly appreciated.

A special thank you also to the chef, who, even though new, prepared a delicious meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well done.

“The Asst Manager Rosa is the best and so is her staff. You can see how much they love their job and respect one another, as well as their customers. I watched how 2 servers in particular, Emmys and Zarai and they were warm, friendly and gracious with their customers. I was really impressed.“
