Papa John's in Hialeah

“I recently visited the Papa John's location while picking up dinner for my family of four on a Friday evening. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Manex, the assistant manager, and I must say that his customer service was absolutely top-notch.

Manex went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best value for my money, which is incredibly important in this economy. His mannerable and thoughtful suggestions helped me feed my family on a tight budget without compromising on quality.

What impressed me the most was the leadership qualities Manex displayed throughout my visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. I truly believe that Manex is a tremendous asset to Papa John's, especially in a neighborhood that values diversity and inclusion.

I have never had such a positive experience at any other location, and I will definitely be returning to this store. In fact, I will specifically request Manex because of the lasting impression he made on me. I've already told a few friends about the wonderful service I received, and I hope the company recognizes Manex’s potential and considers promoting him to a manager. He truly deserves it.“

“I ordered for delivery just now and I just wanna say this employee named jasmin is doing a fine job at selling food. I swear if I had more money I would’ve ordered more food from her. She deserves the recognition for being able to sell so well. I’m literally leaving this review just bc of her. I’ve bought from papa John’s before and I love their pizzas def recommend too.“
