“We placed an online pick-up order.
For 2 4 strip chicken strip.
When we picked up order we had 1 bag with 2 strip. When I showed the person at the drive thru window he argued that it was 2 strips. So I opened my app. Showed the order. (Attached) and I was yelled at, The app is wrong, they only serve 2 strips. So I called the next morning spoke to GM. Who apologized for the incident, and agreed that my order was correct. The app was correct, and I shouldn’t have been yelled at by attendant. Needless to say, my kids wanted taco bell again the next evening. Placed same order, had exact situation, and I will no longer be going to this particular taco bell.“

“One of two identical items I ordered was special ordered because my granddaughter likes it a very specific way. When I received my bag, both items were wrapped identically with no writing or any sort of notation distinguishing the special ordered one from the regular one. I had to unwrap each burrito to determine which one was the special order one. While the whole time, the person who prepared kept complaining that I even brought it up. Not impressed with their service. Although, the young man behind the counter tried to help out. Eventually, the manager came over and suggested I open the burritos to figure out which one was the special order one.“
“Buena buena la comida de pana. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, I saw them even step out behind the counter to go and help a senior couple order other table they have on the lobby. Also very good attitude towards Karens (if you know what I mean)“
“This is my go to location I absolutely love Taco Bell and this location never disappoints! Every time I come here the food is fresh, hot, and made exactly how I order it. The Crunchwraps are always perfectly packed, the tacos are loaded, and the Baja Blast is always on point. 🌮🔥
What really makes this location stand out is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, fast, and respectful, even when they’re busy. You can tell they actually care about getting your order right and keeping the place clean. The drive-thru moves quick and I’ve never had a long wait.
