“We placed an online pick-up order.
For 2 4 strip chicken strip.
When we picked up order we had 1 bag with 2 strip. When I showed the person at the drive thru window he argued that it was 2 strips. So I opened my app. Showed the order. (Attached) and I was yelled at, The app is wrong, they only serve 2 strips. So I called the next morning spoke to GM. Who apologized for the incident, and agreed that my order was correct. The app was correct, and I shouldn’t have been yelled at by attendant. Needless to say, my kids wanted taco bell again the next evening. Placed same order, had exact situation, and I will no longer be going to this particular taco bell.“

“I ordered drive thru, everything looked alright from a top view before I left but when I got home and opened my cantina chicken bowl, it had no chicken! I was really upset, however when I drove back and went inside and explained to the assistant manager my situation, the whole staff was very understanding and treated me well and apologized.. they corrected my bowl and made me an additional bowl at no charge. Everyone makes mistakes but to me it’s how you respond to it that really matters and this Taco Bell did fantastic. 5 stars thank you!!!“

“I've been here twice now both times being around the same time. I have had a good experience both times. My food was hot and fresh the drinks taste fresh as well. My special requests on my order were honored. My food was well packaged and neatly made. This place was clean and organized. I got my food in a timely manner. I'll continue to go to this location despite it being 20 minutes away from me.“
