“My husband and I had a very nice dinner at Yama-Taiyo. The servers were friendly and the menu varied - we had gyoza, udon with chicken, and spicy salmon rolls - everything was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. We plan to try their lunch specials next.“

“Just enjoyed a delicious white fish teriyaki dinner! EVERYTHING I ate was excellent! I don’t like miso soup, but I ate theirs, the whole bowl!! That is saying something!!“

“My all time favorite place for happy hour sushi! You just can’t beat their prices (and quality for the price) at about $5 per roll. Our go to HH order is usually: Tampa, Florida, Philadelphia, Mexican, spicy tuna, and the tempura salmon rolls. For apps the stuffed mushrooms are amazing but this time we tried the tnt mussels and they did not disappoint. I also typically order the lollipop roll but this time my friend ordered the scorpion roll and it was amazing! Definitely better than the volcano fyi. They also have bogo wine and beer during HH, but you have to wait until after 8pm for the sake to be bogo. Service is always pretty decent consisting of mainly a younger waitstaff. The noise level is pretty loud but much to be expected with the dining room being a large open space. For a quieter dinner I would suggest sitting outside, and if it happens to be chili out you can always catch me at the fire pit! Great place.“

“Oishi Sushi is our favorite Sushi restaurant, my wife and I try to eat there at least once a week. Sushi is fresh and delicious with lots of great options. Anytime we have friends or family visiting they always ask to go there.“

“YUMMY food, Great customer service, we always have special request when we order (add cream cheese @ $1.00 per roll) and they have no problem doing it for us, we order online and they call us to verify price for extra's we are adding!! Food has always been awesome!! THANKS 🙂“

“The food here is absolutely delicious! Staff is super friendly, and very professional, but the main reason I decided to write a review, is my observation of the staff with each other. The way they work together is so fluid. We’ve been here several times and it’s always great, but this time, it was really fun to watch the staff working, but, laughing with each other, and helping each other. It was such a lighthearted moment. Such a great experience!! It made my night. I look forward to coming back and seeing their smiling faces again soon!!“

We then we got to meet Garrett and we're just blown away by his skill and easy conversation. Everything was served perfectly to order!! We couldn't have been more pleased.
