Dunkin' Donuts in Hollywood

“Just want to leave a good review for 3 workers. The two indian ladies and melanie. I frequently go to Dunkin and this location was supposed to be temporary for me, but this is one of the few locations where I get the best service and food well prepared. They really represent what good customer service is.“

“This Dunkin is in a nice shopping center right on the corner. There is seating inside and outside with the inside seats having a combination of chairs and booths. Of all the Dunkin's in the local area, this one is my favorite as it has the best seats inside and out. The service is good too along with the employees. There is usually parking right in front, however, the parking lot is large so finding parking is never an issue.“

“For a small corner stop of a dunkin tucked into a gas station, I’m extremely impressed. I can only speak for the mornings (~6:15 a.m.) but I stop here everyday for coffee and my mobile order is ALWAYS ready and waiting for me. The middle aged spanish lady who I typically see everyday is a HARD worker and cares about her job and she ALWAYS greets me with a warm welcome and we’re like good old friends at this point. She honestly deserves a huge raise! 5/5 . It’s been over a year now and they haven’t failed me yet.“

“I'm actually surprised by the 1 star reviews. Came here on a Sunday morning, went inside and got two croissants and a pumpkin latte. Took maybe 5 minutes to get my order but the croissants were bussin so I'll allow it. The people behind the counter were friendly and the location overall seemed clean. It's your standard Dunkin donuts, not much else to say.“

“Ordered a drink and two sandwiches. Had to wait a while for the sandwiches, but when they realized how long I had been waiting they were super apologetic and even gave me a free half dozen donuts and told me the next time I came in the order was on the house. That's how costumer service should be done. Definitely will be coming back here.“
