We devoured both a plain pepper jack cheeseburger and a blue cheese crumble and camarelized onions burger! Highly recommend this multi-generational, family owned establishment...great burgers and service to match!“

“Oh where to start!
We were vacationing in Anna Maria for our 10th year and Beach Bistro was recommended for my birthday outing.
We called ahead and found that you have 2 choices here- the 4 course Dinner in main dining room- or- a la carte from bar area.
We chose the latter.
It was beautiful in looks right off. Old wood, low ceilings etc. Very warm and inviting!

Greeted by our bartender who was so gracious and kind.
Led us through anything we asked and made a fabulous drink !
We enjoyed those 2 hours more than we could say.
The food was one good bite after another !
We started with a fresh salad, then an appetizer of shrimp & crab which were perfect.
Entree was Lobster tail and Grouper. All fantastic!
The dessert was vanilla ice cream rolled in pralines topped with slivered almonds and Frangelica!
Still thinking of that now!

Cannot wait to go back next year as this is our new place to be !“

“The pizza here was amazing! My family and I arrived late on Friday night and the owner (I didn't get his name) was so gracious to let us in and serve us. He was so welcoming and shared the history of the restaurant and gave us great tips in fun family things to do on the island. I am so glad we stopped in! It was a great experience! We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. It let us see into the kitchen, ask wine and food questions and engage with the staff. The level of service was spectacular. It’s also a wine lovers dream. And the quality of food is second to none. Their charcuterie plates are a must and the burger was one of the best we’ve ever had. Both featured foie gras and created one of the best meals we’ve ever had. “Our absolute favorite Indian Restaurant in Sarasota Bradenton. It's delicious, the staff is friendly, and they are willing to make oil-free vegan options. So much flavor. We tried this place the week they opened a couple of years ago and were apprehensive when we saw the exterior and the location. We walked in and the smell was amazing and it was classy looking inside. They staff was so friendly. The food was delicious. We have been going back ever since.“

Local? they'll treat you like a tourist which you would think they would be good to because they are the suckers they are dying to get in. " Hi how long for 2 people"? an hour to an hour and a half out of season.... no "I'm sorry, the wait is over an hour" nope you get "Fair enough" when you say you don't want to wait that long. no reservations yet some dude with a party of 4 just walked right in and was seated.... over rated is an understatement. AVOID ...NOT WORTH IT. Possibly the most overrated restaurant in an area of bad restaurants“

“First time back with the new owners and chef...the interior was a shock from what it used to look like...LOVE IT GREAT JOB...now the food...we were at the bar with our FAVE bartender "Marci"...as usual she welcomed us back in with open arms and still remembered our cocktails of choice. AMAZING... We are talking over 6-7 months age. New martini glasses...yahoo...new dishes...new everything...the food was excellent!...Started with calamari which had the blend of tenacles which I love...cooked perfectly not overcooked ...crispy but not rubbery...(would order it again in a heartbeat) then the chicken Piccata from the "bar" menu...perfectly cooked pasta...spaghetti was done al dente (and NOT broken into pieces...hate that) and chicken was hot and again. perfectly seasoned...this chef knows how to cook. Now the pi'eces de re'sistance would be to get these on the dessert menu...Italian SFOGLIATELLA...ask to warm them up...and WOW!!...but for now Scarpinos is back on our local favorite place...we WILL be regulars again...Chef Martin keep it up and our favorite bartender Marci...“

I have been going to Danny's Pizzeria for years until the new ownership happened, ate once, twice, three times then never again. “Best meal we had on vacation. Party of 6 and it was unanimous. We all agreed this place was amazing. We had 2 people with gluten allergies and they were both astonished at how much was available for them. They both safely ate until they were stuffed full! We all did really! Every single thing was delicious and authentic. We already agreed it will be a staple when we come down again! Probably at least 2 times a trip!“

“I didn't have food so I can't rate, the inside bartender saw me in line, 2 men stepped in when a group of girls walked away, she took there order and then told them I will get that as soon as I serve him, that's what makes a great bartender and great service, the guy added my drink to their order however great job to that bartender.
