“Went twice last week while on vacation. Our first order was awesome, generous portions and food was excellent. Our second time ordering, we went to pick-up and waited while other people received their orders who came in after us. After seeing this, we asked again about our order and it was left sitting in the back for about 15 min. Gave it to us, with no other exchange. Buns were soggy and chips a bit over-done, which was a bit of a bummer.“

“Anna Maria Oyster Bar - Ellenton, FL After spending the day at the Florida State Fair in Tampa, my fiancé and I decided to stop by Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Ellenton—and we’re so glad we did! We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. It’s little details like that that make a place feel extra welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Anna Maria Oyster Bar now has four locations, and after this experience, I’d definitely visit again. “We had a great experience tonight! With two littles, they knowingly placed us in front of the fish tank to help with entertainment. Our server was speedy, kind, and had honest and helpful recommendations for the food. Everything was fast, fresh, and delicious. The lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, Salmon Renee, and Blood Orange Margarita were the table faves! We are Tampa locals and will be back!“
