“Based on the other phenomenal reviews and my love for gyros I decided to give this place a shot while on a family vacation. We were greeted with several of the most delicious strips of lamb meat as a sample (even though we were already planning to get that regardless).

The gyros were huge and insanely delicious. In fact I can safely say this is the best gyro I have ever had in my 43 years. On top of that we got to enjoy our meal on a breezy and warm Florida day with a number of friendly folks coming and going.

I'm sorry to say I neglected to get the cook's name (though I gather from other reviews it must be Maria) but she was the sweetest lady and was very conversational. If you enjoy amazing food (at a good value), a down to earth feel and good company you must stop by this food truck!

My wife does not eat meat so got the falafel. She loved it! Maria said that she had to fight to get this one on the menu but I think it's fair to say that she rightly won that fight.

If only I lived around here I would be eating here weekly!“

Firehouse Subs on Eau Gallie Blvd near the Walmart is a fantastic place to grab a great sandwich in a clean and friendly environment. The restaurant chain was founded in 1994 by two former firefighter brothers in Jacksonville, Florida, Firehouse Subs is known for great food and for giving back to first responders through its Public Safety Foundation. They have about 1300 locations worldwide. This location lives up to that reputation with friendly service, quality ingredients, and a great sandwich. I ordered a large firehouse hero sandwich. The sandwich was made as I watched. It was delicious, filled with meat, and packed with flavor. They offer a variety of other options, including salads and kid-friendly meals. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was attentive and quick. There's plenty of free, ample parking right in front, which makes it convenient even during busy lunch hours. The firehouse-themed décor, complete with firefighter memorabilia, gives the space a very nice welcoming feel. “Brian at this location gave me unprecedented customer service. I'm in my 60s and consider myself .com challenged, so managing the Arby's app was something not in my wheelhouse. When I approached the counter, Brian could see that I was having issues and politely asked if he could have my phone and in about 10 seconds he installed the app, took my order, applied the discount and thanked me!
It's very rare in this day and age to meet someone who is willing to go above and beyond at their job at a busy time of day and provide the stellar customer service that this young man provided to my wife and I.

“They have fabulous hard working full of smiles staff! The chip’s aren’t worth the calories. They are my least favorite and you have to spend $ on the salsa/guacamole to hide the chip taste.
However, tacos/burritos and salad fill you up with yummy meals!

One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."“

“Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“

When I got my sandwich, it had tomatoes on it, which I don't like and hadn't seen in the sandwich description. I went back to the front and let them know that it was wrong. I later realized that the lady at the front desk had asked if I was OK with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my sandwich, and I totally missed what she had said. “I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic and devotion to his store and making 100% sure his customers are happy. I had to write this because of how impressed I was with his performance and determination to customer satisfaction. McDonald's corporate or the store owner needs to be made aware of how great of a manager they have and I would've tried to steal him for our business but that's not right. Anyhow, Mr Haddix did so amazingly well with his professionalism and willingness to help, it had to be documented for his DM and or higher ups to know just how good of a manager they have. “Wow! Their newest Kimchi Cheesesteak is the tastiest fast casual food I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Our family also enjoys the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. We don’t eat out or get drive thru/takeout often, but, when we do, it has got to be worth the money, especially these days. Plus, this year, we have been really focused on spending our dollars at places along 192. We want to keep 192 alive and thriving, with retailers and restaurants along 192 enjoying continued success along with newer areas that have been developed in recent years. Someone in our family is driving along 192 every single day. This Charley’s location with drivethru service has been a great addition to 192. The crew have always been friendly, orders accurate, and quality and taste of food worth the money.

Dietary restrictions: Our keto focused family members enjoy the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. But they also enjoy the cheesesteak sandwiches. They just eat the meat, cheese, and toppings and toss the bread. We no doubt could order without the bread but just find it easier to take home as prepared than do a special low carb order.“

“Went to this Wendy's with three of my other friends on the night before Thanksgiving at about 8:00 p.m., the manager on duty was the most professional, generous, engaging manager I've ever had the chance to be serviced by, the staff was exceptional. When we showed up the system was down but the staff was so amazing that we stuck around and hung out until the system came back up and we were able to order food. Whoever is in charge of paying the staff for this night shift definitely needs to consider raises for everyone who was on staff that night, because service that amazing should never go unrewarded.“
