“Strolled up to this chipotle looking for my typical bowl, the line was at a standstill, they were out of white rice. No problem I’ll take the brown rice to the front of the line for the inconvenience which there was none, they gave me double beans! Loaded me up on fajitas and a lot of cheese. Big win and a big way. “Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

Overall, the food is good and I still enjoy going, but I do think the customer service could be more consistent.“

“In my opinion, good service makes quick restaurants like these stand out… Today, a friendly guy named Warren greeted us and served my girlfriend and I, his vibe was full of life, and we both chatted for a bit making jokes… but Warren was very knowledgeable on the menu and even helped me pick out some of the items for my bowl, I will surely be returning to this location again… good pick on hiring this guy!“

He definitely put heart and soul into the chicken quesadillas and chicken torta my partner and I had this afternoon. This place does not get enough love for its food and its service to the food industry. “My wife absolutely loves this place. Whether you get the insane burrito or one of the famous gringos, you can’t go wrong. This place has been serving up good food for many years. Make sure you get the rice and beans local style, you won’t be disappointed. They have a beautiful outside area to eat, which is covered by shady tiki huts. This place is awesome.
