“It was 2018 and I was in the area opening a new public store, where everyone else was booking the Hilton, or other various hotels I always seek out those backwoods sort of places. I was able to get a room at nearby, Natures Coast Inn, when I inquired about a place to eat hands-down. Everyone recommended this place ship brick lounge so if I went, Mann wasn’t disappointed, often wondered if it was still open and today I did a Google search and sure enough it is glad to see that they have withheld the recent hurricanes and bad weather that came their way. I look forward to avisit in the near future“

“Hadn't been there since new owners. Being from R.I. I had finally found a seafood place with fish and chips like home. Unfortunately what I got today was far from it.“

“Had lunch a Blackwater and it was terrific. I ordered the fried shrimp plate and after a great Caesar salad, I got a platter of a dozen large sized shrimp and crispy French fried potatoes. The dining area was an air conditioned viewpoint that overlooked the Withalahochee river. And the prices were quite reasonable for the whole package. A definite and surprising 5 star day.“

“My husband and I were passing through and seen “Oysters” which happens to be our favorite food. We stopped and were not disappointed. They had a tempting Valentines special but my heart was set on fried oysters. I will definitely be back next time I am passing through.“

“Our group of 18 women went for lunch and the service and food were amazing! The weather was not great but they made sure we were out of the weather. The sun came out towards the end of our lunch and made our time perfect! Highly recommend!“
