“My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. Huge thanks to the Edward’s team for making our rainy Mother’s Day feel special and memorable. If you’re in Rosemary Beach, Edward’s MUST be on your list!“

“One of the favorite restaurants in the 30A area. Not only is their food delicious, (their prosciutto flatbread is amazing) but their customer service from the owner, to the managers, to the servers is exceptional!“

“We had a lovely experience at Restaurant Paradis. Tara was our server and she was wonderful. We didn’t wait for anything. She handled all questions with friendliness and ease, making us feel very well taken care of. We had the cast iron filet and the grouper crusted with lobster + jumbo lump crab and grilled shrimp. Diver scallops for starter. It was all prepared to perfection. Great spot if you’re staying at The Pearl or in Rosemary proper - highly recommend a reservation.“

“Hands down the best oysters I’ve ever had. They were incredibly fresh and shucked right in front of us, which made the experience even better. The mignonette flavors were spot on and were bright, balanced, and a perfect match for the oysters. There was a great variety to choose from, and the happy hour pricing made it an unbeatable deal. We walked in on a Friday afternoon with no wait. Absolute gem!“

“Cute little Airstream in Seaside where we got a All American grilled cheese. One of the last shops to close down, the service was fine, and the grilled cheese was phenomenal. It took a while to be prepared, but after taking the first bite, I could tell why... They cook that grilled cheese low and slow, getting the exterior of the bread nice and crispy while leaving the inside light and fluffy. The cheese steamed up all gooey. My only regret is not getting a picture of the cheese pull.“

“The restaurant was half full & our service was very slow. Food was good & so were the drinks but our server was gone for longs periods of time & not checking on us. Our 2nd round of drinks took over 40 min to arrive. The waiter did comp the the 2nd round which was appreciated. The need to improve their service!!“
