What a surprising, yet outstanding treat! I was at the Collier county balloon festival last night and stumbled upon this spot in food truck form! My friend and I both got a cocktail flavored ice pop and we were both very satisfied! She got the pineapple bourbon lemonade and I got the berry sangria! They were so good! But a little pricey. Had the chance to communicate with the owner and want to let everybody know that they care about each customer and make sure customer is happy with the product! I wish everyone would run their business same way! Your mermaid margarita is the best!!!
