“My family has been coming to this First Watch for many years. We love this location, not to mention the service is always amazing. Jonah is our favorite! He is attentive, makes sure everything is good and remembers us when we come in! It is also nice that Loren, the GM, comes to the table to make sure that the service and food is great. I have seen him on multiple occasions jumping in to deliver food or help when his team is busy! He is a true leader. We will keep coming back to this First Watch for many more years to come!“

“Scotlyn was a ray of sunshine, very endearing and provided except service with a personal touch. We didn’t have the best experience the KeKe’s by the towncenter when it opened? But this location is night and day by comparison. Manager was very friendly and checked in on us a few times, food was very good, and my wife really enjoyed the cold brew offered. Bill is high because in this economy we time heavy for service. Actual bill was $44“

“Myself + 3 tweens/teens visited on Sunday, July 5 around 12:45p.

Pros: Food was excellent. Server was good, but seemed overwhelmed.

Cons: The kitchen staff was ill-prepared for the holiday crowd. The food took almost 1 hour to come out and only 2.5 of 4 meals came out together. It took another ~20 minutes for the other 1.5 meals to come out. Slow or no refills and no table check-ins. The server was very apologetic though.

I am giving four stars because, despite that particular visit, I think on a normal occasion the service would be fine. Also, the staff was very kind, respectful and apologetic of the slow service. The server requested, and received approval for, a discount for my bill from management for the slow service.“

“Mila took great care of me at Waffle House. She was friendly, quick with service, and made sure everything came out just how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I appreciated her energy and professionalism the whole time.“

“I eat here probably at least once a week. The whole staff is AMAZING! The food is ALWAYS on point. I have never left still hungry or disappointed. The caramel toffee crunch iced coffee is my favorite drink offered and today Knightly h made mine and I could tell she cared and it was definitely made with love!“
