Customer service was great. We did have to wait to be seated but wasn’t no more than 10/15 minutes. Would highly recommend.“

“I will say it’s smaller than average portion size compared to other breakfast establishments but what they lack in size the more than make up in quality! The Farmers biscuit with apple butter sauce was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! And to get my size you’ve had to of had a lot of biscuits!!! Even though sauce was everywhere, the fried chicken was still crispy and moist. I don’t know who’s grandma they had cooking in the back but she needs a raise cooking like this! I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu!!!“

“I know this isn't a local joint, but it was late and local options were slim at the time. I wanted to send a shout out to Waffle House on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville for an excellent experience last night. We walked in for a late dinner at 10 minute to 9. They were packed and short staffed. We grabbed the only open table and the shift leader (manager?), who was also cooking, brought our drinks and took our order, advising that it may be a wait. While we were there, 4 staff members that had been called in to help showed up and went right to work. They were a well oiled machine, continually checking on all of the tables, apologizing for the wait, and thanking everyone for their patience. We got our food and left within an hour. If we had gone to the IHOP 2 doors down, we would have still been waiting for our food (even in the best of times.) I know times are tough for the service industry right now, but these ladies and gentlemen handled it with grace and efficiency. I tipped 50% of the bill, and would have done much more if I could have.“

“Stopped in here for our first time last Sunday, for breakfast. It was PHENOMENAL! The restaurant wasn't to busy or crowded, the staff was enthusiastic and upbeat, and at the end of our terrific meal the very pleasant manager, Kwamtiko Neal, gave us her business card and 2 free AMAZING cinnamon Biscuits. “Let me tell you, my friends and I came here on Sunday, it’s football Sunday and they were packed. They were bit behind, but kept it pushing. But man when I tell you I had that five and dime sandwich IT WAS GREATNESS!! That gravy man it was phenomenal it was rich, creamy and had a huge sausage so I’m having 2 different meats which is worth every single dime I paid for. Those tasty hashbrowns were sooo good and those grits chefs kiss! The manager of the place I believe Destiny walked around talking to people and then came to us. Told us a little bit about the company and also that everything is made from scratch and which is amazing. She gave us a free iced cinnamon biscuitss which man when I tell you that biscuit was bussing!! Let’s just say we enjoyed the experience and even came back today. I had to leave a review“

“When I first got to the Waffle House. The Waffle House is a good experience but the people behind the counter I wasn't very comfortable with you know they were short and direct and it wasn't pleasing and how you doing Hospitality was out the door. They try to get us for the biggest check they could. And I wasn't too happy I'm not sure if I go back or not but this is the Waffle House on 103rd it was okay but it could have been better it could have been more hospitable and more respectful and more into their job.“

“Our experience was amazing! We went at about 9:45 in the morning on a Friday and got sat immediately. Our hostess, Maddie, was so kind sharing some common interest information with me! Our server, Rob, was super friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and recommended an amazing breakfast entree for me. I would definitely get it again! (The Farmhouse Skillet) The food for all four of us came out exactly as ordered and in a very time friendly fashion.

“A wonderful atmosphere and amazing service. The workers have a fantastic and warm vibe. Plus the food is excellent ?. I got the $12 breakfast meal it was good and the eggs were perfect and the bacon was crisp and the grits was slapping. They were attentive even when it was busy with refilling our coffees! 10/10 will be back for breakfasts!

“Coran the chef made theee best hash brown bowl I EVER had at a WH. Like the ingredients were integrated and not just stacked on top of each other. Bacon cooked to a crisp perfection. I wish Coran could be my WH chef for life. Top notch TLC - Thanks for doing the most!! The two girls there that night also very kind and attentive.“

“I came in here at 6:30am on a thursday, so my party of 2 were the only customers in the restaurant. The service was fast and kind. Food was good. The music playing over the sound system was a little weird but I doubt the stores can control that. I'm not sure if my experience can represent what you could expect since I came in at a very peaceful time but I left happy.“

“This is my first time at IHOP. The thing that stuck out to me was that there was only one employee. This young man greeted us, sat us, took our order, delivered our food, ect. He did EVERYTHING! By himself! No help at all. He was amazing. He had at least a dozen tables. He was so busy, but never once complained. He had a wonderful demeanor. Everyone there could tell how hard he was working. I only saw him and one cook. Our food was nice and hot, and tasted wonderful. The young mans name was Jordan. I'm not sure if Jordan's manager looks at reviews, but if he does, he needs to recognize this young man! He is absolutely an asset to your restaurant.“
