“My new favorite place to pick up breakfast! It's hard to find anything unique when it comes to breakfast. This place is it. Each time I go in, I want to try something different. I hope they grow more stores in the area, because if I didn't have to drive 16 miles round trip to eat there, I would go more often!“

“I know this isn't a local joint, but it was late and local options were slim at the time. I wanted to send a shout out to Waffle House on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville for an excellent experience last night. We walked in for a late dinner at 10 minute to 9. They were packed and short staffed. We grabbed the only open table and the shift leader (manager?), who was also cooking, brought our drinks and took our order, advising that it may be a wait. While we were there, 4 staff members that had been called in to help showed up and went right to work. They were a well oiled machine, continually checking on all of the tables, apologizing for the wait, and thanking everyone for their patience. We got our food and left within an hour. If we had gone to the IHOP 2 doors down, we would have still been waiting for our food (even in the best of times.) I know times are tough for the service industry right now, but these ladies and gentlemen handled it with grace and efficiency. I tipped 50% of the bill, and would have done much more if I could have.“

“These people work HARD. It's not fancy but it's friendly and consistent. They greet us by name and remember what we order. We go about 2-3 times a week.“

“This place was literally a 4 min walk from our hotel. We were greeted by the owner & she was as friendly and efficient as it gets.
Our food came quickly - hot & fresh. Prices were reasonable (especially these days) and portion size was 👍👍.
We're in FL (visiting in-laws) for another 7 days and we'll be back
You couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend it!“

“Heart-stoppingly good.
No, seriously — I could feel my arteries clogging… and I didn’t mind one bit. Now I finally get what people mean when they say, “Well, at least he died happy.”
I ordered The Dime (biscuits and gravy with fried chicken), and it was next-level. Comfort food perfection. Rich, savory, indulgent — basically the culinary equivalent of soft-core food porn.
Even the fresh-squeezed OJ was amazing. Apparently, October oranges hit different, and my taste buds agree.
The only sad part? My family’s off in Italy, and they have no idea what they’re missing. Maple Street over Milan any day.
If this was my last meal on earth, I’d go out smiling.“

“I’m currently dining here and had to stop to write this because the experience has been amazing. Our server E for Ellie has been exceptional — her energy, kindness, and attention to detail made our meal feel truly special. The food is fantastic, full of flavor and great quality.
The environment is relaxing, the space is very open and spacious, and every staff member has been incredibly attentive, cost per meal within desired price not expensive at all. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels this good at the same time. Highly recommend!

“I really enjoy coming here. Whenever I can, I’ll eat breakfast here and sometimes lunch as breakfast. Everybody is nice and engaging and I appreciate that as a customer. Five star rating all around. Come here for breakfast you won’t be disappointed. However, if there’s something wrong, just let them know and they’ll try to make it right.“

“This was one of the most pleasant experiences at Waffle House. I’m glad we stopped by this location when passing through town. The atmosphere was very fun, laughing going on all around between the staff and customers. Our waitress, Vion, was so nice. I’d come back to this location if I’m passing through town again.“

“It's Waffle House. You been to one, you been to nearly all of them. The only thing that's seems to change is, occasionally but rarely still: the waitresses struggling to keep up with the crowd that seems to always pour in for their turn to devours for eggs and hashbrows! BET!“

“This was our first time at a Maple Street Biscuit Company. The staff was absolutely amazing - answering our questions about the menu and even having their entire kitchen staff change their gloves due to a food allergy. It was a busy time of day but the staff still went out of their way to make sure that my family was taken care of - not pushing people through the line like many similar places do. The inside and outside of the building was extremely clean. The areas for drinks, utensils and condiments was stocked well and organized. The handmade biscuits were delightful. We look forward to coming back next time we are in town!“

“Always enjoy going to this location on Tuesday nights after roller skating. Our waitress, Nevesha Green, is the best! Always cheerful, great service and has most our regular orders memorized! The food is usually pretty good also!“
