“Service was great. There's an unusual smell entering the restaurant that didn’t go away during our visit. Kind of like an old mop. The filet is usually my go to steak and has been consistent in the past. Not today. I found it tough and chewy with some grizzle. The soup was good as was the salad. Waitress was great and fresh baked bread delicious. Perhaps a good visit from Stanley Steamer will remedy.“

The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “Food was very good. I finished my steak which means I really enjoyed it. Ruth Chris is out to go steakhouse. You can't go wrong with their steaks and side dishes. Key lime pie was just the right tartness and sweetness. Service was great and staff were friendly.“

“If I could give Darius more stars, I would. This was our first time at this location, and the first time we've been to an Outback in at least five years. Our experience started out with Darius' amazing energy and knowledge of the steak world. He was on point with every recommendation and his level of service. The timing of each course was amazingly perfect as well. It's been a while since we've had this kind of service, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the Bloomin Onion, chili, French onion soup, porterhouse, and outback style prime rib. All were seasoned perfectly and made our mouths happy. Saucy-D, hubby's new affectionate nickname for Darius, was there after each item was dropped to make sure we were happy with it and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and request him.“

“Greeted graciously as we entered and were seated right away. Server was very friendly and informative. Meal was amazing Entrees included the Mahi mahi, NY strip, lobster tails and the scallop and blue crab sling with the bang bang shrimp. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We will be back.“

“We have been at this location several times and have always found everything to be very good, BUT, not so much this time. Understood the 30 minute wait but when seated the seater neglected to pick up the rolls and butter. After waiting a while Bill got up and got them himself. Our server, while very positive had the habit of entering the area we were seated in but only worked the table that was just seated or served. At the end of our dinner Bill advised him to look 360 degrees checking all his tables as we had to tap him on the back several times in order to get refilled Tea, Bread, salad etc. My 6 oz steak was perfect but Bill's 20 oz Bone In Rib Eye was a bit to fatty. Peanuts are now in bags but again not offered when seated. We love this place however little things can hurt the dining experience.“

We both loved our entree but the star of the show is the egg rolls! so so good! Our server Anayah was excellent! will be back if ever in town again!“
