“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“We had an absolutely wonderful evening at The Capital Grille and couldn't wait to share our experience! From the moment we walked in, the elegant yet warm atmosphere set the perfect tone—sophisticated, comfortable, and ideal for a special night out. The food was outstanding. We ordered the filet and scallops, and both were cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and exactly as requested. Every bite was a delight and truly exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our incredible bartender, Aline. She was an absolute gem! Aline greeted us with a bright smile and warm energy that immediately made us feel at home at the bar. Beyond the drinks, she was so engaging, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk with. She remembered small details about our orders and made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Aline and the servers work very hard towards excellence and truly deserve excellent treatment and recognition for their outstanding efforts. Their professionalism and personality elevated the entire experience. We left smiling, full, and already planning our next visit. The Capital Grille delivered on every level, and Aline was the standout star of the evening. If you're looking for a memorable steakhouse experience with fantastic service, look no further. “Relaxing and peaceful views here! When I come here, I only dine outside in the back facing the ocean. Personally, I enjoy coming here during the week (during the week they’re only open Wednesday through Friday 7am to 11am) because it’s typically never crowded and I enjoy the peace and tranquility that come with the amazing views and ocean breeze. The menu items are very good quality and reasonably priced. My only reason for docking a star on my review is because they’re booked quite frequently (usually majority of the restaurant is reserved), service is not the fastest (however, the managing owner Carol is kind and amiable), and on numerous occasions they don’t answer the phone so it’s difficult to plan breakfast or brunch when they don’t answer the phone and on several occasions, I’ve had to be turned away on a empty hungry stomach which isn’t a good feeling. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you have the opportunity. My personal recommendations are the mimosas (get the bottomless jug) and the blue crabomelette.“

“Visited this restaurant multiple times. The food is really good with a nice atmosphere. Not too noisy or over crowded. On my last visit the service was a bit slower than normal, but it could've just been an off day for the server. The food was good and overall experience was enjoyable.“

“We had an excellent time and even better food. Jacob was our waiter and he was very proactive about checking in with us when the kitchen started to run a little behind (because of a couple of very large groups).
His recommendations and knowledge made our meal even better and served me up one of the best steaks of my life (NY strip was perfect in temperature and texture.)“

“Amazing local coffee shop! The drinks and food were delicious. Their Breezy Bread is incredible!! Good wine selection and local beer on tap. The shop is unique and comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. Board games and fun things to read. Nancy is wonderful and makes you feel welcome! Highly recommend if you're in Jax Beach and need an iced coffee or snack!“
