“It's all about Matt! Food: My husband and I had Fried Catfish and Cajun fries. Great! Place: Very nice. Pleasant atmosphere. Service: Extraordinary! Server: Matt. This is where I get into details. Everything about this place was pretty much like any restaurant we have eaten at. But, the service is what separates one location from another. Our server Matt was the point man on this and he has it in spades. He never missed a beat. He gave his real recommendations on what dishes are good and which ones are great. He kept our glasses filled, constantly making sure our table was clean. Always stopping by to make sure we were fine without being overbearing. He paid close attention to what everyone (we were a table of 8) wanted. And the whole time he smiled and presented himself as someone who loves their job. I would go back to Cajun Crab just for him. Great service. He is why I give this place a 5-star. Thank you Matt.“

“We had an amazing experience at Copeland’s in Jacksonville! The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth coming back for, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Joel.

Joel was AMAZING from start to finish. He actually listened to what we liked, gave thoughtful recommendations, and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. You could tell he wasn’t just going through the motions. He genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal and the entire experience.

Great food can bring you into a restaurant, but great service is what makes you want to come back. We would absolutely return for the food, but we’d come back just to have Joel as our server again. If you visit, definitely ask for him. He made an already great meal that much better!“

“Stopped in for gas and saw 2 customers exiting the shop with Krispy Krunchy Chicken buckets and mind you it was just a little after 11 AM. We were a bit hungry and decided why the heck not. We were so glad we did. The chicken was some of the tastiest chicken we've had in a while. A cross between KFC and Popeyes but better. Cajun flavor but with a tinge of sweetness. Almost forgot the potato wedges were so big and tasty as well. Next time in this neck of the woods will definitely be visiting again.“
