“This location has THE best customer service. They delivered the food to table, one drink had some leak on lid and the associate took it back to clean it off!! Then My Dr. Pepper tasted watered down i was just letting them know, so they knew. an associate gave me a different drink but one of the other ones went in the back and actually fixed the machine. They have great, personable employees, they keep prices affordable for good, hot food, they deliver the product in fast, efficient and FRIENDLY manner. And your order is always right and even has napkins, straws, ketchup, and salt and pepper. The line can be wrapped around the building out to the street, and they still treat you like you are the most important person of the day. All other fast food restaurants should take note. The staff are always extremely helpful and there are almost never mistakes on my order which is surprising because this location is usually quite busy. I normally order through the app and go through the drive-thru and pick it up, but if Im in a rush I order using the app and just go on the inside and they have your name on a board once your orders up you go and pick it up“

“The new location offers two distinct drive-through options: one where you order with the assistance of a staff member, and another where you place your order using your mobile device by scanning a QR code.
On my first visit, I noticed that no one was using the mobile ordering option, likely because the store had just opened. However, just a few weeks later, many customers, myself included, have been encouraged to download the app and now utilize the mobile ordering feature.
BUT this incentive only works if it is enforced. Twice this week I have seen idiots pull through the mobile order and demand a person take their order.
They halted their vehicles, causing a backup of 4 to 5 cars—vehicles whose drivers were adhering to the mobile order system.
And now could not move forward. As they just sat there and waited and waited for someone to come to their car.
So, which is it? IS THIS truly a MOBILE-ORDER LANE , OR IS IT A FREE-FOR ALL WHERE anyone CAN DEMAND what they want? To preserve the efficiency of the lane, employees should politely redirect any non-mobile orders to the regular lane instead of allowing them to make the process in effective.
I love Chick-fil-A and appreciate their commitment to innovation, but this system can only succeed if everyone follows the rules. Please clarify: does mobile order MEAN mobile order?“

I came in to get a bite on a particularly bad day but I don’t go to UNF, he took the time to show me exactly where it was, show me where to park, and then took my order personally and quickly. She went above and beyond to help some non-English speaking customers with patience and kindness. It was inspiring to watch her make sure everyone felt welcome and understood. “I get that they’re popular, but the line is so long… food is usually fresh and they don’t typically forget items but they forgot my daughter’s soup during my last visit. It didn’t help that we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes even though we ordered “drive-thru” in the app only to go inside to retrieve her missing soup and to be asked to wait longer… also, the food was cold when we received it through the drive through . (This was before going inside and waiting for the soup.)“
“was in a pinch trying to place a large next-day breakfast order for a work meeting. While attempting to order through the app, I realized it wouldn’t let me place a regular breakfast order unless it was under catering. I called the store and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Susie, who was incredibly helpful and patient.
She walked me through the process and listened as I fumbled my way through coming up with enough food to accommodate our group. Thanks to her and the entire team, everything was perfectly prepared and ready on time the next morning. They even helped carry everything out to my car, which was a huge help.
