“I honestly love this chilis! I came in yesterday because I didnt work today and was having a bad day the last thing I wanted to do was make dinner. Kayla has always been very intentional with my family and I. She is honestly incredible and has the best personality, the sweetest girl! She defiantly turned my day around. If you go to Chilis I recommend asking for her!🩶“

“We walked in with 70 dancers and parents and this staff nailed it! They did a great job! Cooks had the food coming out quick. Waitress were on point! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💖 TY to the MGR TRAVIS you and your staff did a great job ‼️ THANK YOU...“

“Quick, polite, whoever the cook was did a fantastic job with my steak and shrimp which you don't find every day. I say that as a former sous chef and corporate trainer. Now I will say that our server seemed like she was on her last lap and it was only mid afternoon. I've been in that position before as well and no matter what you should not bring that energy to your guest. I still tipped greatly because the hostess was lovely and the kitchen did a wonderful job. My family was very happy. This is the location on San Jose in Jacksonville FL. I appreciate everything. Thank you so much 😊❣️.“

“Chase and team were on fire tonight! I love Chili's but ona. Fri night you run the risk of crowds and a backed up kitchen. Not tonight! Crowds yes, slow kitchen and service? NOPE! Sat instantly, drinks swiftly (some from the bar too), appetizers hot and out quick, just enough between them and dinner for conversation and one refill of drinks.
The Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was exceptional, the new chicken bacon, ranch nachos sinful, and my husband's steak and street corn perfection.

All servers worked together to bring out items and refills but Chase was the star of service checking in at every pass as he assisted other tables.

“My daughter took me out for my birthday. I had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks was, oh my goodness so, yes, I would recommend chili for a little light dinner and a night on the town, a great date night place.“

“I had a wonderful experience with Kalée. Her service was incredibly fast, and she made sure everything was taken care of right away. From the moment we interacted with her, her communication stood out — she was clear, friendly, and very attentive to what we needed.

The food was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. You can tell she takes pride in what she does because everything was prepared well and tasted great. Kalée also went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

“I went here last night and I forgot to do a survey about my waitress and it is really a shame because she was amazing. Kaitlynn was so sweet and attentive. She was also one of the bartenders that night and made the best summer spritz I’ve ever had. I’ve only ever had one but I swear nothing will top it ever, I’m def coming back for it every time Im in that part of town. Also? So sad I didn’t get the fajitas, they can be hit or miss at different chilis locations but based on the way that triple dipper was made I know it was gonna bang, I am coming back for it. (WATCH OUT‼️‼️) Atmosphere was a 4 because the little corner the bathrooms are in was so dark it almost made me pee preemptively out of fear.“

“The only reason it is 4 stars is because of these worthless QR code menus. These sucked during the pandemic and they suck now. Fire the good idea fairy that implement this garbage. Than God for my server who was able to pivot when the WiFi/ web site locked up. This is a horrible process. Get rid of it.“
