We always get such amazing food at this Chilis. Our whole family really enjoys Chilis in general, but this one stands out. Every single time it’s amazing service and amazing food.

Today we had the ribs (of course), the honey chipotle chicken sandwich, the app trio, and the kids had kids’ pizza. Everything came out of the kitchen hot, fresh, delicious.“

“I recently celebrated my birthday at Chili’s with a party of approximately 13 guests, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, the General Manager made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure our large party was comfortable and that everything ran smoothly. He checked on us throughout the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly made my birthday celebration even more special.

Our server, Jay, was absolutely phenomenal! She was attentive, friendly, patient, and incredibly organized. Even with a party of 13, she kept our drinks filled, made sure every order was accurate, and consistently checked on us to ensure everyone was satisfied. She never missed a beat and made us feel like we were her only table.

I’d also like to recognize Kiki (I believe that was her name), who brought our food from the kitchen. She was amazing! She happily accommodated every request, made sure everyone received the correct meals, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

The teamwork between the General Manager, Jay, and Kiki was outstanding. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and they made my birthday dinner truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Chili’s team for making our celebration so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service!!“

“The only reason it is 4 stars is because of these worthless QR code menus. These sucked during the pandemic and they suck now. Fire the good idea fairy that implement this garbage. Than God for my server who was able to pivot when the WiFi/ web site locked up. This is a horrible process. Get rid of it.“
