I just order a really big order. The bag somehow ripped and two of my orders out the four fell. I call immediately, nervous I would be out 110 dollar meal. The kindness of the manager and head cook they replaced the two orders that fell. Food is excellent and so is their customer service. Thank you and this is why I only go to the Chilis on Atlantic ‼❤
This was the best chilis ever. We got to make our own chilis the service great the atmosphere clean and the food stunning and I have never been to a better chilis (I think this is the 2nd one I've been to....) anyways take this review as a good one. I don't how else you would take but still. I like this place.
Kal’ee (i think lol) was an AMAZING server, so attentive and entertaining. even introduced me to the dragonfruit lemonade, which is my new favorite drink!! theyre the best!!

Chili's Grill & Bar offers fast, scrumptious food with fantastic servers. The Alex's Santa Fe Burger with extra jalapeno relish is a must-try. Despite occasional seating issues, the dining experience is delightful. The staff brings an authentic and personable touch, making guests feel welcomed. Guests can also enjoy draft beer and all the chips and salsa they want. However, some dishes like the guacamole may need extra lime, salt, and pepper, and certain plates like the salmon can be overcooked. The slightly pricey menu is justified by the quality of the food. Bring your loved ones and experience the "Chili's Effect," though note that delivery options may not be available on their website.
