“Some chipotle stores will give u hardly any meat which is totally wrong. It’s been getting smaller and smaller, cheating people out of their money. Sierra not only was super helpful and gave me a sample of the chipotle honey before ordering the entire burrito full of it, but she was also fair in the amount of meat she gave us. She didn’t overdo it to the point of cheating the company, but she was fair and I respect that. Thanks to that, I won’t give up on chipotle just yet (my kids and I love it but definitely if their other employees nationwide keep being crazy stingy, we may have to say goodbye).

“Cafeteria style Tex-Mex food made fresh all day is Chipotle in a nutshell. Located on busy Argyle Forest, this location has become adept to quick service with fresh food. When you walk in, a server will ask you what type of meal you want. The overhead display lists the various items and once you decide you are off to the races. From chicken to steak or if you are vegan (sofritas) you can pack on your protein in a salad, regular bowl, or burrito. You can pick from black or pinto beans, fajita veggies, corn or regular salsa, guacamole, queso, sour cream, cheese, salad greens or other condiments. They ring you up, ask you if you want chips and/or a drink and you are off on your way. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Staff worked very well together and everything was made fresh to order. Prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a quick filling, no guilt meal, this is your place.“
“There was a young man named Keem working tonight 12/2 7pm - when my fiance & I came in. He was helping the woman in front of us who became increasingly rude. He genuinely was trying to help her and asking clarifying questions regarding her order and he seemed to be new. She became severely rude raising her voice at him over TACOS. Another young lady took over the order and he made mine and my fiancés perfectly and even thanked us for our patience (we didn’t wait but may two minutes- pretty standard) once we were done making our order he wanted to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I had to tell him he was doing a great job after watching that interaction and seeing how he still treated my fiancé & I with kindness. This lady seemed to have impacted his morale a bit but he was still giving great service. Chipotle is lucky to have such a nice young man who is dedicated to delivering great service even when someone tries to belittle him.“
“Chipotle, in recent years, kinda fell off its game, imho. Menu didn’t really change, yet prices kept rising and rising. I’ve always said they should make quesadillas. They have everything to make them, so why not? Finally, they put it on the menu!! But unfortunately it’s only for online app ordering or online order. Just add it to your retail store menus Chipotle!! I know it sells well. I know they are trying to get some traffic through online, but that’s what innovation is for. Come out with new products more often! Quesadilla was awesome. I normally hate flour tortillas, not traditional Mexican by any means. But Chipotle is on point with theirs. They are chewy, less raw tasting, and have a unique texture and flavor. Definitely give these a try!! Corn salsa has also always been a favorite of mine.
Vegetarian options: Menu is practically half vegetarian. Sometimes I even get the vegetarian offering. Chipotle also offers vegan tacos and burritos, chips and salsa, drinks.
Parking: Plenty of available parking. Most locations are like this. No need to worry. Fellow customers are usually in and out quickly.
Kid-friendliness: Have small portions with chips and salsa or guacamole for kids. Soft or hard tacos. What kid doesn’t love tacos?!?!“
“Seems every time I go to chipotle the line servers go on a diet with the servings. I ask for chicken and they give me a half of spoon. I ask for more because what he gave me could not possibly be a full serving. He agreed and gave me 3 more cubes. This is the 2nd time i had an issue with being short changed when I am paying for what I am asking for. I requested an additional spoon for an additional charge and was told i could not do that. Wtf!!! I will not be patronizing the san jose location again.“
“Mark the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. For some reason I can never order the quesadilla online but it’s digital only and any other chipotle I’ve been to always tells me there’s no way I can get it besides ordering from the app. Mark and his team actually tried to help me and when they saw I wasn’t able to they still made it for me and were so nice about it. I haven’t been to chipotle in almost a year because the last experience I had bc of this issue was so horrible. They’ve got me as a customer forever. Thanks ?“
“I love this new guy Antwan they put here I think he’s the new General Manger. I go here three times a week and I can definitely see the effort. he is the FIRST person to come to my table and check on us to see how was the food and did we need anything. I definitely had to get his name. Also the food was much fresher and the team

“If y'all want a clean restaurant don't leave your trash on the tables/fountain!!! The rushes are intense with lines out the door for up to an hour straight, staff is mostly concerned with getting everyone their food and out the door so they can have time to clean! That being said, staff was friendly and the girl who made my bowl was cheerful and efficient. Music was quite loud, but when I asked if they could turn it down they looked relieved lol. Overall 9.5/10 experience!“

She gave us proper portions of everything we asked, even asking if the amount she put was enough for us. The other individuals on the line were kind as well but the service we got from angelina was superb and we felt compelled to let others know! Great job girl“
