“When the Mgr is there its the best place in town. Let her take a day off... the staff is unhelpful and refuse to take your order when the website doesn't work. You can't get the website to recognize a half n half order and Ms I can't help you is unflexible.“

“Appreciation for those who not only do a great job, but i watched as these employees made sure with teamwork and care that each order that was coming out of the oven then boxed was checked for quality and precision. So yes when your app says that it's being checked, it really is being checked by people who care about getting your order correct and as you ordered it. I especially enjoy the garlic crust on my pizza and after a long hot day it gave my stomach and tastebuds some true contentment that if audible would have says yummy thank you. So appreciative 5 stars all around is my verdict today.PS they even have a bilingual menu.“

“It's a chain pizza restaurant, the staff is always polite, sometimes they can't cut a pizza but that's ok I'm not expecting perfection. All I care about is if it is on time and the order is correct and so far so good 👍🏾“

“They had sent me a supreme stuffed crust pizza when I ordered the meatZZa stuff crust. I called the store because I couldn’t eat it because of allergies and within 20 minutes they sent me the correct one. VERY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely gold star ⭐️ quality service. The second driver was super nice and understanding. Props to you buddy! I’m giving the first pizza to a homeless citizen.“

“Hands down top tier team; Colt, Tyler, and Griffin are the best. They efficiently and gracefully handled my pizza with a professional demeanor. The boys even threw in witty banter free of charge. I was in bliss whilst eating the pizza. The vibe and atmosphere, I believe, makes the pizza that much more divine!

“I really don't understand the bad reviews on this location. I go out of my way to come here (it's only the 3rd closest location to me). I've never had a bad pizza from them. All are good and some are a work of art! They look like something that should be in an advertisement. This is my go-to Domino's.“

“So I made an order online and I did it wrong. I called back up to the store and it was already in the oven. However, Billy was super nice and he said no problem. He remade it for me. The food is always fresh. Customer service is always top tier. I recommend this dominoes anytime to anybody! Billy is awesome!!!!“

“I’ve given them another chance and they have got a lot better at doing it the right way and paying attention even when I go in now they make sure I check it to verify it’s right before I leave I like that it shows they stand behind their work the past few times I’ve been in there it was square cut as requested and they even threw me a extra bit of the butter stuff on there which I think is what I love the most about their pizza to be honest but I’m glad they are doing better at making sure orders go out correct the first time also despite it’s a lot on her part but they are willing to accept all change if that’s all you have and a lot of places won’t they demand it be wrapped or bagged and pre counter not dominos they take it all if it’s legal tender which really helps people who are down on their luck or just have a bunch of change and then you got members like TJ and Madison that no matter how your days going they are both always willing to help with a smile on their face and they even listen to you jabber lol thank you to this dominoes team for real.“

Issac and Sabrina always go above and beyond — super friendly, fast, and they really care about getting the order right. The pizza always comes out hot, fresh, and perfectly made. “I order from here a lot (like 3-4 times a month) because my kids love dominos for some reason lol. The 6.99 deals make it very affordable and honestly it’s always been good. I use reward points all the time to get free items. Where else can I feed 4 people with drink and dessert AND leftovers for like $30.

Recently I started getting free pizza coupons after every delivery. I had to look it up- seems like you get one automatically if your delivery takes over 45 minutes. I found this a nice gesture. Especially after having to haggle for literal months with another chain food place to get a refund for food I never received.

When I to pick up orders, the people inside have always been nice. Thanks guys, we appreciate you.“

“I have to say… Domino’s is usually like third or fourth on my list when I think about ordering pizza, however, the Spinach & Alfredo pizza there is so delicious!!! Shoutout to Matt on the Ramona Blvd.W. location. He was super friendly, quick, & pizza was soooo good. I love experiencing new restaurants BUT what I love even more is revisiting places with great customer service, so this will absolutely be on top of my list :)“

“I had a bad experience with a Young lady at this store named raine. The manager then stepped in and corrected the issue immediately and made me an outstanding pizza. Hopefully miss raine Adjusts her attitude and understands how valuable customer service is for any business that she works for.“

“Because Domino's has been advertising their $7.99 pizza non stop, I stopped by on my way home from an out of town trip. I was so hungry. The man had no idea about a $7.99 pizza. So I just ordered a medium thin crust pineapple and ham. He then told me it was less expensive to buy a cheesy bread with it. So I did. It ended up being $15 and took 25 minutes. While I was there, some old guy was complaining that his pizza wasn't correct.“

“I normally order through the app, and have never had any problem until today. The pizza I ordered was messed up, so I called the store twice, and they never responded. Then I went there and spoke to David, who remade the pizza, and gave me a free order of cinnamon knots.“

Staff was polite and welcoming.
First Pizzas were not hot. Since I took one of the two back, the correct pizza was made while I waited so it was nice and hot.
So the take away from this post:
if you don't mind returning with what you thought was your meal and waiting for the new one to get made, then choose this location 🤷🏾‍♀️“
