Gili's Kitchen Reviews
For starters Gillis has exceptional service and all employees go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful dine in experience. The food is out of this world and some of the best i’ve had outside of NY. I have a few favorites here - The crispy chicken pita, the shawarmas- but last night I tried the NY style pastrami and it was OUTSTANDING! The best i’ve ever had. Gonna have to go back very soon for another!!!
Delicious little Jewish deli. Glad I stumbled across the recommendation. Get the tuna fish sandwich
Love this place!!! Only complaint is I wish they had a Mandarin Location.

Gili's Kitchen offers a warm welcome and friendly service from its staff, including a sweet and energetic order-taker. The menu features a range of delicious dishes, including falafel, lamb platters, and lamb burgers. Options for dietary restrictions are also available, with kosher supervision. Meals are filling and refreshing, with highlights including Israeli falafel, Matzah Ball Soup, and barbecue pulled beef. Customers praise the consistent delicious food and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is located downtown with parking nearby, making it convenient to visit. Many diners enjoy the authentic Middle Eastern flavors, especially the marinated meat, rich veggies, and delicious bread, which reminded some of the bread they had in Israel. The vegetarian veggie sandwich, with zucchini, eggplant, beets, peppers, and sweet potatoes, is also highly recommended. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dine-in experience. The food is often described as outstanding, some calling it the best outside of NY, with favorites like crispy chicken pita and shawarmas, and the NY style pastrami being particularly praised. Gili's Kitchen is seen as an oasis for those traveling and craving delicious, kosher food after days without hot meals. The restaurant's Israeli juices and malt are appreciated, and the freshly made dishes do not disappoint. Overall, Gili's Kitchen is praised for offering real, flavorful food with a touch of Israeli culture and an American twist, making it a favorite among visitors and locals alike.
