Hardee's in Jacksonville

“Went through drivethru & ordered 3 steak,egg,cheese biscuits and 3 hash browns. They were delicious! Lady working the drive thru was super good, she made my day being so cheerful and friendly. Also my order was done before I even reached the window. Great job Hardee's!“

“I go to this Hardee’s all the time because it’s in the area but I’ve never really had a bad experience here customer service wise. Specifically the employee Samuel who often works drive through, he is really kind and will put in effort to give you everything you need. I’ve had my order wrong only about 2 times but other than that, I have no complaints. Employees here are really nice.“

“I stop by here a few mornings a week and I always get the Super Bacon Biscuit sandwich at the drive thru and each and every time the service has been outstanding and the sandwich is so fresh, truly the best fast food breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!! All the ladies at the drive thru are great!“

“Today I came in to the location at Normandy boulevard and 4 acre road. The manager's name is Justin Washington. I was devastated to see the skeleton was removed. I said, where did my brother go. He said he couldn't sit there because he wasn't a paying customer and I like to sit there with him. I felt comfort period and with that being said I was really heartbroken because my friend was gone. He was my friend and that he wasn't going to be decorated and I loved coming in and taking pictures of him and now he's been tossed to the side because the corporate corporation, no, that's wrong. That's wrong, you are blessed That you have Justin Washington coming to your location faithfully 10 plus years, I don't know, but that young man has always taken care of me personally, he recognizes every person that comes in here you should be blessed that that young man shows up every morning. I know the other staff is at 4 o'clock. He's probably 3 o'clock in the morning. But right now, if we don't all come together and speak to you. This isn't gonna change. But I'm just gonna tell you that it was wrong. Customers are now turning around and they're walking out because they don't like the fact that their friend the skeleton that they sat with. At this table was a skeleton decorated for the holiday every holiday season. We would get, laughter and joy in coming to this location. Only Because of Justin Washington and that skeleton gone now it took my world it crushed my world so you might wanna look around and say maybe we were wrong at corporate corporate, because I've worked in the corporate world for a long time and I'm retired. And I came in, and now my man's gone think about it. Please think about it. Take this not in any disrespect. And it's just so upsetting to me, I'll never stop coming here because of Justin Washington, but re-evaluate that situation, please please re-evaluate this situation.Let my man come home the skeleton.“

“It's not always the food. Sometimes it's the service. I had an issue with my food the other night. I sent an email about my experience. The GM Willliam reached out to me and corrected the issue. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was top tier. Thank you for caring enough to reach out and provide a better experience.“

“Hardees has the best affordable breakfast. The breakfast platter has so much food I can't even finish it. Their burgers, chicken sandwiches and french fries are hot and fresh. Hardees is my go to fast food place. Even though there isn't usually a lot of people in line the food is hot and fresh.“

I would like to begin to say that the manager Kirk and Mr Eric they were very professional the store was spotless in addition both employees were dressed to professionally and clean and I think this is one of the main things that we all look for when we go out to eat at fast food restaurants these gentlemen show that even though they work in a fast food restaurant they are able to come to work prepare to do the job as professionals that they are.“
