“I go to this Hardee’s all the time because it’s in the area but I’ve never really had a bad experience here customer service wise. Specifically the employee Samuel who often works drive through, he is really kind and will put in effort to give you everything you need. I’ve had my order wrong only about 2 times but other than that, I have no complaints. Employees here are really nice.“

“It is my pleasure to write this review in recognition of the outstanding customer service and delicious food I received. I arrived at Hardee’s at 11:55 a.m. after completing blood work and fasting the night before, so I was more than ready for breakfast. I ordered a smoked sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a steak biscuit. Both were made fresh, even though lunch service was set to begin at noon.

I truly appreciate the drive‑thru employee for being professional and courteous. Something so simple can genuinely impact someone’s day. Whenever I’m in the area, this Hardee’s will be my go‑to location moving forward.“

“Placed an online order through app. The order was ready when we (my 3 children and I) arrived. The food was prepared and bagged by Michael. He was super friendly and welcoming. The resturaunt was very clean with pleasant music playing. Michael even took the initiative to number each and the meals on the receipt and the bags so we didn't have to try to figure our who's meal was who's. I'd definitely come here again!“

“Years ago I stopped because it was horrible. My daughter talked me into going back and when I tell you they changed everything EVERYONE is nice and polite. It's a nice place to go now I haven't been to one this nice in years.

“Hardees has the best affordable breakfast. The breakfast platter has so much food I can't even finish it. Their burgers, chicken sandwiches and french fries are hot and fresh. Hardees is my go to fast food place. Even though there isn't usually a lot of people in line the food is hot and fresh.“

“Hardee’s is one of my go-to breakfast spots. I love the biscuits and gravy, and honestly their biscuits in general are hard to beat when they’re fresh. The girls/staff are always nice and welcoming every time I come through, which makes a difference. Only complaint, y’all really need to bring back the regular BBQ sauce though. That stuff was a classic.“
