I love Lechón and was looking forward to some all week from the town of Guavate. We decided to stop at Lechonera El Mojito. The food looks delicious which you look at before you place your order. I have no complain with the food but for my taste I feel that the meat needed a little more time of roasting. The food is fantastic. The people are family like. You walk in with a feel of being almost home. If you aren't sure what to order just ask. No questions are unwelcome. I ask every time. The shrimp and steak are out of this world. Anything with the pork is great. If you want something to share with someone, then you must get the Trifongo Coqui Tower. We were celebrating a family birthday with our group including vegans and meat eaters. Lechonera El Coqui's menu offered many selections for all in our party. The service was great with our server keeping the early arrivers supplied with drinks and appetizers. When everyone had arrived she was very prompt with taking our meal orders.
