Prati Italia Reviews
Great food. Great service.
excellent food, service, and atmosphere one of my favorite places as a jax native
Just went there for Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday. Ryan the server took amazing care of us and even surprised me with a glass of bubbly and a scoop of their homemade gelato for dessert. Chef Grey and his team show off their brilliance with playful but warm and comforting food. A+ for this hidden gem and locally owned restaurant in the busy town center.

Prati Italia offers consistently good food, with some inconsistencies in service. While service can be slow at times, the food makes up for it. Dishes such as the 13 layer crispy lasagna and pizza are delicious, with many customers finding them worth trying, although some may consider them a bit salty. The brussels sprouts continue to be a standout, making them a must-try. The restaurant is cozy and nice, providing a beautiful setting perfect for a quiet dinner or a celebration. The menu features fresh ingredients and pasta made in house, adding to the appeal. The atmosphere is trendy, and the place is gluten-free friendly, offering many options except for raviolis. The staff is attentive and helpful, making excellent cocktails like the lemon drop martini. Dishes like the Veggie pizza are crispy and cheesy, reminding many of Italy. With some improvements in service, especially during busy times, Prati Italia has the potential to be an outstanding dining experience. Customers have shared that they have had wonderful experiences, enjoying great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant offers choices of which area you would like to eat in, and the food is very good, very Italian-American, not creative, which, for Italian-American food is a blessing. The value of wine during Happy Hour was excellent, and the staff is friendly and professional.
