But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“Vale catered a beautiful and healthy lunch for the teachers and staff of Global Leadership Academy. From first contact through set up Aaron the manager and Sonny the owner handled the event like it was a white glove gala. Their communication was on point leaving no room for worries. Everything arrived hot, smelling delicious and set up with care. We ordered 1x Full Pan of Vale Rice 1x Full Pan of Cilantro lime Brown Rice and beans 1x Full Pan of Chipotle Mac n Cheese ( twice baked with extra cheese topped ) 1x Full Pan of Spinach and Arugula Salad 1x Full Pan of Baja Summer Kale Salad 1x Full Pan of Roasted Broccoli 1x Full Pan of Turmeric Onions and Peppers 2x Full Pan of BBQ Chicken 2x Full Pan of Turkey Spinach Feta Meatballs 2x Chipotle Ranch 2x Vale Vinaigrette 1x full pan of Almond Butter protein Brownies 20x white chocolate macadamia cookies 20x chocolate chip cookies. The meatballs are so yummy as well as the brownies. Everything was scrumptious and so fresh. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again on my next event.“

“I found this place picking up an order for someone and when I tell you I'm hooked on the bacon chicken ranch pizza. I tried it without the bacon and when I say I'm in love, that will always be my staple. It's pretty pricey, but when I want to treat myself I will always come here. It's well worth it. I tried the taco pizza before the got rid of it. It was a unique taste. The sour cream balances out the pizza. Overall I like coming here and customer service is superb. Thank you for making the experience a great one. Will be back with an update on other items especially the cookie 🍪 😀“

“Celeno’s has tasty food with friendly service. Adam always gives us a smile and fast service. We have had several items off the menu and hot bar. Also we feel they serve the best cannoli. It’s OMG good. One thing I personally would like to see. I’m full blooded Italian and I know restaurants have to adjust their seasoning for a variety of individuals so how about putting some shakers with Italian seasoning in them maybe even some garlic powder so people like me can add a little of the spices my family uses. Other then that you guys do a great job.“

“I placed an online order with a pickup time of 5:45. Well, it wasn't ready. However, the staff was swamped but the way they handled every customer was was nothing short of amazing. They were kind and patient with every single customer even stopping to help with drink orders. I did ask for a refund because I was late picking up my child but I kept the order and the manager offered a drink for the wait. I'll be returning to this location simply because the customer service was unmatched.“

“YES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODRUM MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN!!! 😁 Our team was TDY at JAX and decided to go for some Mediterranean food. This place is a hidden gem it seems as only a few people were eating in but we did notice a lot of to-go orders... We were seated in a cozy area of the restaurant by a window. Our dinner experience was like having a family meal where the meal was sooo good everyone stopped talking because all of us were too busy enjoying our food. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant I have dined at. Will definitely come back when we are back in the area again.“

“Eli the owner of this establishment is a wonderful person. She acted like my Mom from the second I walked in, serving me a big plate of home cooked food, with all the warmth and care you’d expect of your own mother.
My wife and I both had sliced lamb plates with Greek salad, yellow and basmati rice along with a big scoop of tzatziki. It was delicious! Afterwards Eli let us taste the chicken kebab which was outstanding as well. I will have that next time, as it was loaded with flavor. Lastly we had the walnut baklava and the cheese baklava, both were fresh and so delicious. I’m sad that I only bought 4 pieces. Highly recommend the cheese baklava. It is a light cream with no deep cheese flavor yet a texture of something similar to clotted cream and perfectly elevates the flavor of the ghee layered between the crisp layers of phyllo. Sorry not photos. I honestly was not expecting such an amazing experience. Thank again Eli. We will be back. (Hope I spelled her name correctly)“

We always get the chicken bowls with super greens and they have really great toppings….some of our favorites are the cucumbers and tomatoes, fiery broccoli, roasted corn and red pepper hummus. We have to give a big praise to Haily Dove who was so friendly and sweet and even uploaded my receipt to their app for rewards after I forgot to do so and had already been seated. She was great!“

“Came here 5 months ago. We had a new waiter and he was very overwhelmed. The manager apologized and took care of the issues we had. She asked us to come back at a later date and give them another chance. On 23 July we came to celebrate a birthday dinner. Our Waiter Nicki was absolutely fabulous. He came out and sang happy birthday to my daughter by himself. Drinks. Apps, and food were all served quickly and in a professional manner. Thank you Nicki for the great service. The home-made guacamole which accompanied our tortilla chip appetizer was the freshest & best tasting we've ever had (incl. during several vacations in Riveria Maya!) The shrimp tacos are sublime- made with large, chopped & fresh Gulf shrimp and the Charro beans are not to be missed, nor are the addicting, made to order churros for dessert! Our server was exceptionally pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!“

She always does what’s best for her even getting down on the floor with her to make her feel at ease. Holly has always been wonderful to as a nurse. I am 100% confident in their care for Izzy. “Today was a bit mind-blowing. Something changed at this location that exceeded my family's expectations. The server Gus is someone we never thought would stand out. Dined in tonight on 07/18/2025. He was very professional, polite, and friendly, and the service was super fast and top-notch. Of the 44 years of being alive, I honestly don't think I've ever experienced a server that amazing. He, no lie, needs to be promoted to general manager. He puts Chick-fil-A customer service to shame. First time I've seen a restaurant manager come out to the tables and ask how everything was. Look, when you're almost done with the salad and breadsticks, he already has a new replacement before you can blink. Wait for refill on drink? Not him. He makes sure you get topped off. I ordered the Unlimited soup, salad, and breadstick because Zuppa Toscana is my favorite, and when I'm almost at the bottom, he already has another one ready for me. There is no need to call him or look around. He's already there. Plus, he does it with a genuine smile. It's very upsetting that this is the first time in my life I get to meet an amazing person like him. I can see him a very rich and successful man in the future.“

On 7 July, I went back in to Olive Garden for carryout And the manager. Was kind enough to completely replace our meal. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies name. “Went on Dec 21st. Loved the “homey” Christmas Decorations, the service was what you’d expect from a Newks, food was delicious as usual.

Kid-friendliness: My son is 1 and likes to walk and talk to everyone. The staff kindly talked with him.“
