“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“We had 2 pm reservations on Thanksgiving Day and were surprised only a short wait to be seated. We spend every holiday here and have always loved every aspect of our dining experience. Things started off great but within fifteen minutes we were surrounded by a large party of 20 which seemed to take all the servers attention and the Gauchos never had any meats left by time they got into the back corner where we were. We finally flagged down our waiter (I believe his named was Marcus or Morgan) he was amazing he got meats to our table and apologized profusely-he was a gem. We are in the business so we made the best of the situation. Upon leaving we were walking to our car and I mentioned that next visit we would not choose a holiday but maybe a weeknight and a young manager heard me and immediately called us over and we explained. He knew exactly where we had been sandwiched in and he took the time to rectify the situation and I have to say he was amazing-problem solved and what a professional staff all around! Hats off to the manager-real professional!“

“Went for my Birthday and 1st time as well. My experience was amazing and my server Jenny was awesome. I would've gave her 10+. She made sure everything went well and took care of us. Will definitely go back and recommend to go too Riverside place.. Also, I appreciated that the Manager stop by to make sure all went well.“

“Seems like every time we go we have to send something back or they forget something which let's everything else get cold while you wait to complete your meal. This last time they didn't even use a filet when that's the cut we ordered they tried to pass a sirloin because it was covered with crusted parm. Once we get the kinks worked out the meal is good. The waitress is always amazing.“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

Prices have gone up 16 dollars for the LH burger, sides Mac n Cheese 5.99, and Cesar salad 5.99. Uh! Overall, the visit was good. Side note, your card gets run and precharged, the server brings back your slip, and then you add the tip that gets charged at the end of the servers shift. Supposedly, this practice has been going on for a while now as we were told by our server when we questioned it. Funny thing, though, I did not encounter this issue last week when I went out with friends, to the Grill, nor and when we went out for sushi on New Years. Does anyone else encounter this delayed tip charge practice? It's as if you don't leave a tip. Will they charge your card regardless??“

“Today was my first day at Texas Roadhouse! Had an amazing experience! The rolls were phenomenal, food was great, and the atmosphere was electric. Our waiter, Lamont was so unbelievably patient and personable. He was so kind and helpful to me and my group! This was a 10 outta 10 experience!
