“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “It was really busy but Kamiya made us feel like we were her only table. My steak was not cooked properly and she immediately noticed and got it corrected. My elderly mom was with us and raved about how patient Kamiya was with her and us. Food was not as great as we have come to expect here but service overcame.“

“The gentleman that was our waiter tonight was AMAZING as well as the hostess who seated us within minutes of arriving. However the quality of the ribs were not the best, but they were good enough to eat. The lobster tail was magnificent and the bread was fresh. Our waiter constantly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening, which was greatly appreciated. Management, thank you for running a smooth shift and having people that really go above and beyond for their guests.“

“This is a shout out to the hostess Layla, and our server Ariel. My boyfriend and I sent our dog to heaven, and after burying him, we went to get some food from y’all. Our server, Ariel was absolutely amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed. You’re hostess, Layla, went above and beyond. She bought me, presented at the end of the meal, a dog plushy that is able to be warmed up so that you can hug him. The staff overall was so warm and kind in the hardship that we were dealing with. I have worked customer service industry for 23 years and the level at which your staff was performing their service to their guests was above and beyond. “This was not my first time there, we will be back. Only complaints (I hate to say it as a complaint because we still have a good experience) was we never received the bread that was offered after reminding our server a couple of times. He even apologized and asked if we wanted it to go, we accepted but still never received it. We also cashed out and had to remind the waiter to bring my husbands dessert that came with his dinner. Again, very minimal, and we will still be back because the food and drinks were great!“

Prices have gone up 16 dollars for the LH burger, sides Mac n Cheese 5.99, and Cesar salad 5.99. Uh! Overall, the visit was good. Side note, your card gets run and precharged, the server brings back your slip, and then you add the tip that gets charged at the end of the servers shift. Supposedly, this practice has been going on for a while now as we were told by our server when we questioned it. Funny thing, though, I did not encounter this issue last week when I went out with friends, to the Grill, nor and when we went out for sushi on New Years. Does anyone else encounter this delayed tip charge practice? It's as if you don't leave a tip. Will they charge your card regardless??“

“For some reason it seems the food isn't as tasty it's just fast and processed until dinner time and your dining in the meal is more meaningful and flavorful always dine in if you want a good meal. Whatever they are quickly prepping in the back for Togo orders ain't it“

“Amiyah was the best server we’ve met in a long time. She was very professional, friendly, and ON IT!! Never had to ask for a drink she was very attentive to the needs at our table and she was very sweet! Going to be coming back and requesting her next time. I suggest you do the same!“

“Just got served a two day old loaf of bread. Why would you serve this.
I tried to order food and my server was extremely rude. I felt like I got scolded for ordering food. This place is a joke. I came in to bring my daughter in law out for her birthday

Sit at the bar, the bartender will take much better care of you than the servers. I sit at the bar every time and I never order any drinks .I come here once a week and I will never sit anywhere else at this establishment. Even though the bread was stale, the chili was fire“
