Went to Sugar Factory Detroit tonight for a child’s birthday dinner. Our reservation was for 7:30, and while we were seated right away, the place was not crowded but clearly understaffed for the number of customers there. We didn’t receive our food until 9:00 p.m. and even then, not all of it. One guest never got their meal at all, despite being repeatedly told it was on the way.
