“This is my go to location and the people here are absolutely incredible. Shout out to Marissa who always knows what my order is because I get the same dang thing every day lol (I’m the kiwi quencher chick lmao) but I just really appreciate the friendliness and remembering who I am and my order. I used to work in customer service and Food and that is something that people as customers really like. Thank you to the entire staff. 🩵“

My Online order was ready when I got there, A+

My food wasn't hot, just warm. I will suggest that the rolls are cooked longer so that the cheese can melt. Overall, the two rolls were good, not filling; just knocks the hunger down a bit 😅

The staff are always so sweet and friendly, especially Ms. Tina!! She always makes me feel so welcome and brightens my day. Whatever they are paying her, she deserves more. The food is good, but she makes the customer service fantastic! Thanks for always putting a smile on my face.“

“A special shout out to the worker Emma! She made my smoothie the perfect texture for a long warm day! The açai bowl she made me was wonderful full of beautiful fruits and ofc LOTS of nutella. Perfect treat to feel like summer on the beach. She encouraged me to download the tropical smoothie app to get all fun perks for example April 6th is national açaí bowl day and I would love to see all of you there to get that yummy summery treat! “I don't tip at places where I have to stand(*if I'm not seated being and served), but I do leave reviews..especially when they deliver above and beyond. The people that work at this location are amazing! Food is great, serving size is proper and smoothies are top notch.
I frequent many locations and this is one of the better ones.“

“Staff was so accommodating as I’m in a wheelchair & still getting use to it & a sweet blonde girl checked on me and helped me open everything and I think it was the manager that came out and asked how my meal was as well. Customer service is great here I would recommend anyone go here, the food was phenomenal. Tasted fresh and you can’t ask for a better place to go!! These days you might get 1 of 3 things in an establishment but here u get all 5 stars worthy! Great work guys keep it up!!“

“The vibe here was so nice. Everyone made me laugh and they were so such great people. I will 100% be a regular and the girl with braids, I think her name was lyric??? She was so sweet and very helpful, she helped me choose my new favorite order. Wonderful young lady! Also Amyah handed me food and she also made me feel so welcome. “I'm not sure if greeting the customer when they enter your establishment is a part of the employees job, but it probably should be. They stand there and just look at you. No greeting. No, 'Someone will be with you in just a moment.' Nothing.
That would be nice if they did. I'm a very frequent customer, and that would be nice added gesture.“

“Only done one review until now, came 12/5, 8pm. The girl working was very sweet, Professional and welcoming, she was great. We ordered a sandwich and the guy working opened everything slamming crap like it was an issue we were there. We felt very unwelcomed by him. She did great but he made us feel like he would spit in our food. Idk of it was a bad day for him but he was very unprofessional and we felt very unwelcomed.“

“I always have such a wonderful experience at this location in River City! The drive-thru is super convenient, and the restaurant inside is clean, bright, and very inviting. What really stood out to me was the staff, they were amazing! I’m especially proud to see such a young, friendly, and professional team. Alex was incredibly kind and helpful, and Manager Darius was just as professional, welcoming, and attentive. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about providing great customer service. “An employee, white female, glasses, was complaining about the orders arriving, while paying customers were 10 feet away. Not a good look.
