“Fast service even though they had many orders to do. There were only 3 working and on top of that had a difficult customer but they still handled it professionally and polite. My smoothie was made perfect and so was the food. Our go-to tropical smoothie store is this one out of all of Jax.“
“Me and my grandson were delighted that they have a ping pong table out back on the deck.
We went on a day that wasn't too hot so it was perfect we played quite a few games he had never played ping pong before and I haven't played for years. It was really fun“

“Last week I had a doctors appointment nearby so I called for a pick up after the appointment. But the appointment ran over by about 40 minutes and I knew my smoothie would be melted so I called before I arrive at the café. The employees, Keith, Nola, Harley and Janna Graciously remade my smoothie so it would be fresh. I realize a tip was not included when I placed the order for takeout, I noticed the empty jar on the counter. It would seem most delivery services would not leave a tip for tropical smoothie employees. Perhaps there could be a way to remedy that situation?“

“I don't tip at places where I have to stand(*if I'm not seated being and served), but I do leave reviews..especially when they deliver above and beyond. The people that work at this location are amazing! Food is great, serving size is proper and smoothies are top notch.
I frequent many locations and this is one of the better ones.“

“I got a huge mocha smoothie with added protein, energy and it was so good. I dined in and it was so peaceful and everyone had a great attitude. Plus the manager was super nice and very personal with everyone that came in. Great atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend.“

“I really appreciate the fact that there was an assigned person at register to take orders up front and two other people behind another partition to make smoothies. I think it poses a health risk when a person is handling money and preparing food too.“

“Only done one review until now, came 12/5, 8pm. The girl working was very sweet, Professional and welcoming, she was great. We ordered a sandwich and the guy working opened everything slamming crap like it was an issue we were there. We felt very unwelcomed by him. She did great but he made us feel like he would spit in our food. Idk of it was a bad day for him but he was very unprofessional and we felt very unwelcomed.“
“Tropical Smoothie Café is a great place with fresh, delicious smoothies and food. The staff is friendly, and the management does an excellent job keeping everything organized, clean, and running smoothly. You can really tell they care about both customers and employees. Highly recommend!“

“An employee, white female, glasses, was complaining about the orders arriving, while paying customers were 10 feet away. Not a good look.

My favorite option is the pair and save and I get the Chipotle chicken club and an Acai berry boost smoothie with added cranberries, whey protein powder,B vitamins and collagen.“
