One location provided premier customer service and an amazing atmosphere, with a staff that was amazing to a whole cheer team. For a first-timer, the burger was HUGE and the spicy ketchup was so good. Someone without a Whataburger nearby would definitely stop by when in Florida. Another first-time burger experience was just ok, like a step up from Burger King, but the wait was 30 minutes plus and the order was wrong; after taking the food back, the food came out faster but the order was still wrong, and they need to get the ish together. The dining area was very clean, open and spacious, and the food was hot and delicious; the double with cheese was huge, and a Jr. would have been better. Introduced by kids, one reviewer loves Whataburger, with a place clean inside and out, friendly staff, amazing food, and spicy ketchup. An update noted that a staff member took care of an order with no problem, and the food was on point, though more hashbrowns were wanted. However, an SEC biscuit was hard, and after multiple trips, a Manager on Duty refused to replace the entire order, only the biscuit, leaving disappointment and frustration over inconsistent customer service.
