“Let me tell you something lol when I found out they were still open I made it my business to go 2 days in a row when I came back to Duval. I was introduced to Wing in the early 90’s. My friends and I would walk to Wing on our Summer Breaks from John E. Ford elementary. 3 Wings, piece of bread and Curly fries with hot sauce and ketchup please!!! Always fresh and perfect size! I glad they’re still in motion cause the food still tastes great. I can still pull the meat off the bone easily! And I was today years old when I found out their Name lol cause we just called it “The Wing Place” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I love Wingstop in like going to Wingstop all the time but it was just one time maybe it was a bad day but I got served some old fried dried up fries, and I tried to ask for more or a new batch and didn't get a new batch of fries. But other than that, overall I liked it and it's a hotspot.“

I had an incredible experience at the 130 at Bladen Wingstop location today, all thanks to an amazing cashier named Nicole. She was such a sweet, kind-hearted, and friendly person.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed and people just ring you up and ignore you, Nicole took the time to have a genuine conversation and regularly checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay. On top of her fantastic attitude, she gave me detailed instructions on how to get the five free bonus wings deal and explained exactly how it works. Because of her help as my cashier, I was able to get the deal!
Service here is a 10 out of 10! We need more people like Nicole in customer service, not just at Wingstop but everywhere. She absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion for her hard work. Thank you, Nicole! I will definitely be coming back soon.“

“I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to after the service I got from Perry at Wingstop. You can tell immediately when someone actually cares about the customer experience and the store itself. Perry stayed professional under pressure, kept the energy positive, moved with urgency, and still made customers feel welcomed even during busy moments.

What stood out most is that Perry works beyond the position title. Most employees just do the minimum — Perry pays attention to detail, helps keep things flowing, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and carries leadership energy naturally. The store honestly felt more organized because of him.

As a customer, employees like this are the reason people come back. Management and ownership should pay attention to team members like Perry because they represent the brand extremely well and have clear leadership potential. Keep him around and invest in him.“

“I was in the neighborhood because my Dog has been very sick and my vets office is a few doors down from this location. To say the past month has been difficult would be a consideribe understatement. However, First Coast Vets Affordable Animal Hospital has been amazing and they are getting 5 stars as well lol. With that said, I had my hungry, grouchy tween helping me with getting our dog to these appointments and he was in a rare grump mood this day. I couldn't get far in search of food because of the dog so I landed in this Wing Stop. I just had to share the experience because it was a breath of fresh air that could not have come at a better time. My cashier was Miyah. She got me on the right track on how to order since I rarely eat out and I had never been to a wing stop before lol. She was all smiles and pretty patient explaining the way to put it together that made the most sense and was not bothered by my wackadoo energy and lack of focus. She was patient and helpful with a smile that seemed genuine. It was just a nice experience and She probably deserves a raise for holding my hand through a lunch order for my kid lol. On top of that I left my wallet there the other day, luckily my address was in it. And they drove out to me and dropped it off. If that ain't customer service, I don't know what is.“
