“It is a shock to give a place 5 stars when they don't carry Coke Zero ? But, this place pulls it off. They always seemed staffed well for customer demand, they handle demand extremely well when they couldn't possibly predict higher or lower demand, the place is clean and enjoyable (for the type of restaurant they intend to be), their people are always awesome, the cook conversations are understandably humorous and "rougher" due to the stresses of their job while remaining professional and keeping each other in check, the food is balanced across prompt, fresh, high quality, and tasty at the same time. Well done, team! I'm glad you're a hometown destination.“

“Always fresh, and consistently good. I’ve never had bad food from this location after many years of going here.
Recently, I walked out of a local restaurant due to bad food and came here instead. Pollo Tropical saved the day! I was starving, hangry, and needed protein fast. Within 5 minutes, I had a fresh Tropichop with yellow rice, corn, and black beans. I have a particular order without all the fixings and they always get it right. 🙏

I recently ate inside and it was very clean, including the restroom.“

“Food was delicious, hot and ready to go fast. Service was a bit impersonal, very assembly line like. Not bad just not welcoming. Employees were busy talking to each other and my order was an interruption to their conversation. Still, I love the chicken.“

Super fast, personally assisted, multi-lane drive through. My only negative? The inside is bland, like picnic bench seating...
