Besides the blatant price gouging, the burger itself is really darn good. We love a quality smash burger and this place makes a yummy burger.

People up front take your order and they give you a number. They turn around the screen and it asks for a tip. No waiting tables. I’ll never fully understand this. We left a tip anyways because it’s an uncomfortable/awkward interaction. The people taking orders were not overly friendly.

Bathrooms and restaurant were clean.

“Great Breakfast Finally! A place where all parts of the breakfast were great. The eggs were right. The ham was thick and well seared. The grits, almost impossible to find good ones in Pinellas County, were perfect—not gummy, not watery, not bland. Service was friendly and efficient. The place is busy and lively and mostly clean (bathrooms could stand an updating.) Prices were fair. I will gladly return.“

“Ate there twice in 2 days. Had a burger/fries day 1 and burger cooked to perfection. I only ordered a small fry but the amount was insane. Didn’t have room to take leftovers. Day 2 I tried a hot dog and was pleased with the grilled flavor. The service was excellent from the time entering to leaving the establishment. “It was my first time here in years! Great experience, you order at the kiosk now, but help is available if needed. The location was clean and the server or floor associate was extremely helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Andenela or Andy. She managed the room flawlessly! She asked if we needed any help, she cleaned up after people left she asked people if they needed her at the kiosk and she was calling out completed orders all with a big smile on her face. “We come in every two or three weeks (usually for breakfast) but today for lunch. We always request Avery. Today we were pleasantly surprised that she was still here at noon. She always takes good care of us and we always have a few good laughs as she has a great sense of humor and a fun personality. The entire staff is friendly and professional but we will ALWAYS ask for Avery first!“

I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.“

“Such a great vintage neighborhood dinner with an eclectic menu that separates it from other spots. I had the shrimp and grits which had a lovely presentation and was super delicious. They apparently are well known for their biscuits—can’t wait to go back to try them! The price point is fair when you consider the quality of the food. There is an also an express menu with biscuit items if you wanted to keep things on a budget.
