“Excellent caramel frapuccino. I think it's the best I've ever had in my life. Rich creamy, made with love. Here the employees are friendly and know what they are doing and they do it very well. They spoil you. A coffee, like no other, leaves a mark on you. A must or an 'every day' if you live in the heart of Key Viscane. miami“

“Very friendly staff and good atmosphere! We had the Cuban sandwich and avacado toast and some cold draft peroni beers! They were very accommodating to our needs and sat us away from a nice family with kids so we could have private adult conversation without disturbing them! ( it can be noisy on the beachfront cafes so you have to talk a bit louder!) overall very nice place!“

“Our server, Federica, from Sicily, was an excellent food guide. We had an outstanding food experience. If fresh, wonderful pasta is your desire, you won't be disappointed. The cace e pepe was as good as I've had in Europe. An outstanding selection of cheeses and cured meats. The canoli was made to our order- not premade and stored in some refrigerator. The wines are Italian and good.“

“This review is long overdue and I've been slacking. I cannot gush about this place enough! I heard about maman opening up before it was actually opened. Stoked about it because it's originally a NYC spot. And we all know NYC has some of the best eats!!!
Went during first week after it opened in Feb 2024 because coincidentally I was in Wynwood for something else. Had to stop in to snag some coffee and their Dark Chocolate Orange Cubed Croissant. Absolute heaven. The cubed croissant was perfectly layered and fun to eat. The filling was just the right hint of sweetness without being overly indulgent.
The ambiance is everything. I walked in and was immediately transported to a cute French cafe. The decor is heavenly. They thought of every little detail from the space, furniture, lighting, dishware, glassware, wallpaper and presentation on every level. It's super charming. I loved it so much I had planned a girls brunch the following month in March. We couldn't wait!
Brunch day came and my girlfriends fell in love with the space just as much as I did. They don't take reservations, first come first serve. So we arrived on a Sat morning as soon as they opened and were seated right away. Had a bit of everything. We had a variety of cocktails, because brunch. Sangria Tropicale was yummy. The Everything Croissant & Salmon Sandwich and Eggs Ratatouille is so damn good. My girls enjoyed the Croque maman but it was too much for me, too much cheese and way too rich.
We noticed our server wasn't dressed like the rest of the staff so we asked him about it. Turns out our server was also the owner, Ben. That says everything about the owner that they are willing to jump out there and help their team and do the work. Ben was awesome! He was incredibly kind and so very humble. He told us that he moved to South Florida from NYC and planned on opening several other maman locations. I love everything about maman so I'm so happy for their success! We had a lovely brunch experience and I would highly recommend. We even got a selfie with Ben. Such a cool guy! Thanks for the hospitality Ben. Sorry for this super late review. Lol.
I was at maman this past weekend after the South Florida Seafood Festival. I told hubby since we were in the area, we had to stop by maman which was right around the corner. Literally made it there 10 minutes before closing and Yann was kind enough to accommodate my order for coffee and pastries, whatever was left. Haha. We got a Honey Lavender Latte, Espresso d'Orange, Kouign maman and Banana Walnut Bread. The Kouign maman is KING!!! I am obsessed with peeling the layers like a sideways fruit roll up. The flavor and caramelization was absolute perfection. Dare I say it's even better than Dominque Ansel's Kouign Amann which is the first time I ever had this pastry. OH EM GEEEEE!!! Don't skip on this. Next time I will stock up. Lol. Banana Walnut Bread was just ok, quite dry and not very moist as I had hoped.
Bonus: maman uses the InKind app. I got a $10 off $20 discount using my app. SCORE!!!
Everything I've had at maman:
* Dark Chocolate Orange Cubed Croissant
* Eggs Ratatouille
* Croque maman
* Everything Croissant & Salmon Sandwich
* Sangria Tropicale
* Mom-osa
* Bellini
* Frosé
* Honey Lavendar Latte
* Espresso d'Orange
* Kouign maman
* Banana Walnut Bread
maman has about 40 locations nationwide including NY, FL, NJ, CT, DC, MD, PA, Montreal and Toronto. Check them out. You won't be sorry!“

“I visited on a quiet Monday morning when the cafe was empty except for myself and two baristas. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and a croissant. I’ll start by saying the matcha was definitely high quality and clearly prepped with care (was not clumpy whatsoever). However, I had asked for vanilla to be added and could barely taste it in the drink. It also took nearly 15 minutes to receive the croissant, which I found odd considering I was served my drink first, and if you are an avid matcha drinker, you know that takes a decent amount of time to make.
During the wait, the two baristas were conversing with each other (quite loud I might add) including some complaints about the company and wages, which felt unprofessional with customers in the lobby. That said, both the matcha and the croissant tasted great—I just think the overall experience could have been more attentive.“

“We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. There was lots of parking and our dog could be easily accommodated We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly by Juan and staff. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It is still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of downtown Miami. We were greeted upon arrival. Juan made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. Very fresh!! Our party had wonderful juice combinations and we had an expresso- all were excellent. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute. Thankyou Juan!! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️“

A charming and unique restaurant with traditional decor and the chance to enjoy live music from Cuban artists.
Friendly staff and lovely hostesses, ready to serve you with the warm hospitality that perfectly matches the vibe of the place.
Great spot for a meal!
Portions are generous, and the cuisine truly captures the essence of Cuban flavors. The paella and empanadas are highly recommended.“

“Fabiana made a wonderful experience, into an excellent one. The matcha is outstanding. They don't add any heavy sweetener to it so it's perfect for me. All the food was delicious and the service was wonderfully personable and kind (thank you Fabiana!). The atmosphere of the outside seating area is unbelievably beautiful and relaxing.
I came here on holiday, and while I want to try different breakfast places, I doubt there's a better place than this around. I'll be returning every day of this trip.“

“I recently visited Puroast Coffee in Miami, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with colorful art on the walls and cozy seating. I ordered their Greca with milk and a delicious avocado toast. The coffee was perfectly balanced, not too bitter, and the toast was fresh with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the different beans they use. I'll definitely be returning.“

“This is a great spot to swing by for coffee and a pastry or empanada, and to get some work done. Prices were a bit high, but that isn't surprising in Miami. It has a great atmosphere and wonderful staff and service. I would recommend this as a spot to stop by, get a quick but and coffee or tea and to work early in the morning. They have wifi and a good amount of seating - both counter space and tables.“

“Scheduled a Cruise out of Miami for us to Get Away & Relax we did just that in our transportation to Versailles. Since Carnival would not let me bring the Vette-Jet, we had to get some type of transportation to get around Miami. I was hoping to see James Crockett and borrow his Ferrari Daytona Spyder but I think he moved to San Francisco, changed his name to Nash Bridges and is driving a bright Yellow Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda' (that would also do just fine) - So, with the help from Karen (front desk of our Hotel) I scheduled a Driver to pick us up in a Mercedes and we Relaxed all the way to Versailles - nothing but Class for my Baby. When at the Restaurant, we checked in with the Hostess, who happens to be set up outside by the Front Door with a lot of people all around the patio. Name is on the list and our wait time is only a few minutes. Versailles not only has this Awesome Restaurant, but on the Open Patio they also have a Very Nice Outside Bar - and they also have a Walk-Up Coffee Window where you can obtain their Famous 'Cuban Cafecito', a small shot of Coffee with a sweet, luscious topping called 'la crema' - and that's not all - they also have ''Versailles Bakery" where they sell Pastries, Breads & Desserts made from scratch - and if that isn't enough, they also have "Cafe Versailles" located in Concourse 'D' at Miami International Airport. The Restaurant is open from 8am until Midnight and on Fri & Sat until 1am. This place is Very Popular. Soon our name was called and we where shown to our table. Versailles is Huge inside and our table is in the front part of the restaurant. Upon seating we were handed Menus to look over and soon Liset, our Server, came over. Placed out drink order - "Mojitos" - because when in Miami you order Mojitos. We were looking over the Menus when Lisa brought out our drinks and also waters. There is a lot on the Menu here and it's hard trying to decide - but we did. My Wife is having the "Versailles Salad"; with Chicken Breast, mixed Field Greens with Mango, Candied Pecans & Goat Cheese tossed in a Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. I am going with their "Imperial Rice"; Rice cooked with Saffron & Deboned Chicken, Mayonnaise, Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Hard Boiled Egg & Green Peas. Served with Sweet Plantains - topped off with Swiss Cheese. While we waited for our food one does a little 'people watching', especially in a city you haven't been to in a while. In, San Angelo you see a lot of Cowboy Hats but none here in Miami. We toasted to 'us' and the Mojitos is the right choice - Very Tasty and Strong on the Mint - and I might ad, Versailles serves Beautiful Mojitos - and it's really good. Soon our food arrived and both plates are a Beautiful Presentation of Deliciousness. My Wife's 'Versailles Salad' has the Chicken Breast all spread out across the top of the Salad - and it's Huge. It looks like it could be a 'Chicken Steak' - and she said it was Tender-Licious and very Flavorful. The Fresh Greens are Delicious and the Candied Pecans are Crunchy-Sweet with the Goat Cheese the only way to go on this Salad. She enjoyed it all. I wanted to try something different and this 'Imperial Rice' is just that. The Swiss Cheese on top is like a Thick Blanket, and I mean THICK - it's Swisslylicious and Very Unique. The Rice is flavorful with all the nice size Deboned Chicken throughout. Their Sweet Plantains are the Best in Miami, even though I have not tried every place in Miami that serves them, but I cannot fathom any place that would be better than this. We finished it all and had no room for Dessert - and I know it would of been Delicious. Liset earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award for all that she did - and this place was Really Busy. Right when someone leaves their table, a staff member cleans it up, resets it and the next Customer is shown to their table. Nicely organized. The back room is mo“
