Calusa Reviews
Calusa at Bakers Cay was one of the highlights of our trip to Key Largo. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor patio, nestled above the trees, offers an incredible panoramic view of the water. I’ve been coming to the Florida Keys for years, and I can honestly say this was the most stunning sunset view I’ve experienced.

Very nice restaurant with nice view. Food was delicious and service was great
Just finished our dinner and everything was superb. Justin was an absolutely amazing server with a personality that is welcoming and extremely friendly. The food was outstanding and the drinks were excellent. They even made a special drink for my wife and let her try it first. Top notch in our book

Calusa, located at Baker’s Cay Resort, offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere ideal for enjoying breakfast and dinner. Guests have praised the phenomenal staff, particularly the attentive host who enhances the dining experience. The food receives high marks, with standout dishes like the Tuscan Caesar salad, Grilled Florida Mahi, and the evening special of lobster with pappardelle in a vodka cream sauce. Many diners enjoyed the Snapper and the delicious fried fish with plantains. However, there are some mixed reviews on the cocktails, which some felt lacked flavor, and the service speed during busy hours could be improved. The views are described as beautiful, complementing the overall vibe, although some guests found the pricing to be on the higher side. The award-winning key lime pie was enjoyed but left some questioning its accolades. Overall, Calusa provides a satisfying dining experience with great food and friendly service, making it a recommended stop for anyone near Baker’s Cay.
