The beef burrito with green chili sauce is incredible. One of my favorites from anywhere (not just the Keys). I was in town for 1 day only ( I am from here) and that was my only stop. Robin gave excellent service and was friendly with a great attitude. Thanks Robin.
I like this place! I see some one star reviews. Taste is a personal thing and a lot depends on where you grew up. I grew up in central California and there are a LOT of Mexican food choices. The food most people think of as Mexican is generally from the Sonora region. Rich chili based sauces and a little (or lot) of heat. This is not that place! Seems to be a melding of several regions. AMAZING meal. Fantastic service from every single person in the building. All around amazing. We live in islamorada and will be making the drive regularly now for date nights when we need tacos! Thanks Chico’s! Oh and love our shirt for our cousin! He’s gonna love it and can’t wait to come eat there with us!!And if you don’t get the cheese dip with ground beef your missing out!!!
